ABOUT THE ROLE

Join an early engineering team building an AI-powered integration platform for businesses. You will own core systems across agent orchestration, infrastructure, and the integrations runtime, helping establish the technical foundation for the product.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Build and operate the agent platform, infrastructure, and integrations runtime end to end.

- Establish engineering patterns and systems that support future team growth.

- Work closely with company leadership, ship frequently to production, and shape the overall system.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Two to nine years of professional software engineering experience, with repeated ownership of production systems.

- Broad engineering experience across AI agent platforms, infrastructure, and integration runtimes.

- Experience using AI coding agents while applying sound judgment to production quality.

- Strong engineering, computer science, or quantitative foundations, supported by a completed or in-progress degree from a well-regarded technical university.

- Experience founding a venture with outside funding or full-time employees, or working as an engineer at an early-stage startup backed by a leading accelerator or top-tier investors.

- Experience with TypeScript, React, Bun, Effect-TS, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, and AWS.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary range: $150,000 to $250,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship may be available when an O-1 visa is a realistic option.

LOCATION

On-site in San Francisco, California, five days per week. Candidates currently elsewhere in the United States should have a concrete, dated relocation plan to San Francisco.
