ABOUT THE ROLE

Prepare fresh lunch bowls for office delivery in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. You will own your station and help ensure each order is accurate, on time, and prepared to food safety standards.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Prep and batch-cook proteins, grains, vegetables, and sauces according to recipes.

- Assemble and pack food orders to specification and on schedule.

- Label and organize orders by delivery destination.

- Keep your station clean and complete food safety and temperature logs.

- Receive deliveries, rotate stock, and organize inventory.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- At least 2 years of line cook or similar kitchen preparation experience.

- Experience cooking proteins, grains, vegetables, and sauces to recipe specifications in a production or catering kitchen.

- Experience preparing food in volume and assembling orders accurately for service or delivery.

- Knowledge of commercial kitchen food safety practices, temperature logs, and station cleanliness.

- Experience receiving deliveries, rotating stock, and organizing inventory.

- Ability to work Monday to Friday on early morning and daytime shifts.

- Reliable, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$23 to $27 per hour, equivalent to $47,840 to $56,160 annually. Equity or stock options are available.

LOCATION

On-site in San Francisco, California. Monday to Friday shifts.
