ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a small team at a seed-stage AI company building voice agents for customer service, sales, and operations. You will own product features end to end across applied AI, agent configuration, integrations, and the underlying systems, delivering improvements that address real customer problems.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Build an AI assistant that helps configure agents, debug issues, connect external systems, and surface answers directly.

- Develop and optimize voice agents for speed, reliability, and quality.

- Extend agents to support calls, messaging, and email with shared memory and state.

- Build memory systems that help agents reason across customer interactions and workflows.

- Improve observability and tracing so teams can understand and investigate unsuccessful calls.

- Help agents choose the appropriate communication channel for each interaction.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Production experience owning product features across frontend and backend, including distributed systems.

- Strong software fundamentals, product judgment, and a bias toward action and business impact.

- Production backend experience with TypeScript, Python, or FastAPI, and experience with React or similar frontend technologies.

- Experience with realtime audio or voice infrastructure, and with LLMs, AI agents, or agentic systems in production.

- Experience building asynchronous or event-driven systems with complex state, and using PostgreSQL, Redis, or similar data stores.

- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure. Familiarity with workflow orchestration, observability, and communication integrations is useful.

- Relevant stack includes TypeScript, React, Vite, TanStack, Node.js, Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis, Temporal, and AWS.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

€85,000 to €160,000 annually, plus equity. Visa sponsorship is available. Relocation support is available.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
