ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a German-speaking Sales Development Representative role at a fast-growing AI voice automation startup, owning the entire German top-of-funnel from first contact through to qualified demo handoff. You will work closely with marketing and the broader sales team to drive pipeline, refine outreach, and help shape SDR processes from the ground up. There is a clear and fast path toward an Account Executive role for strong performers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Own the German-speaking top-of-funnel, managing every step from first contact to qualified demo handoff with Account Executives.

- Qualify inbound leads generated by marketing and prioritize timely follow-up.

- Execute multi-channel outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn, and experiment with new channels.

- Build, test, measure, and iterate on outreach sequences and hypotheses to improve conversion.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of SDR workflows and processes.

- Support customer onboarding as part of the handover process to ensure a smooth experience.

- Progress toward an Account Executive position by consistently delivering strong results.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 1 or more years of sales experience, ideally in outbound or telesales; strong junior candidates will be considered.

- B2B SaaS sales background is a strong plus.

- Native-level German with confident, professional phone presence.

- Strong spoken and written English (the working language of the company).

- Hands-on experience designing, testing, and improving multi-channel outreach sequences.

- Experimental, data-informed mindset: comfortable forming hypotheses and iterating based on results.

- Competitive and output-driven, motivated by uncapped commission and clear career progression.

- Comfortable operating at startup pace and contributing to process-building, not just process-following.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary range: 60,000 to 90,000 EUR annually, with uncapped commission on top. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

On-site in Vienna, Austria.
