Warum wir?

  • Du verdienst 15,08 € pro Stunde Grundlohn. Lohnsteigerungen sind selbstverständlich.
  • Dazu kommen Zuschläge, die bei dir steuer- und abgabenfrei ankommen: 50 % an Sonntagen und 100 % an gesetzlichen Feiertagen.
  • In Vollzeit (40 Stunden pro Woche) kommst du damit inklusive der durchschnittlich anfallenden Zuschläge auf ca. 2.750 € brutto im Monat (effektiv rund 15,85 € pro Stunde). Wer überdurchschnittlich viele Wochenend- und Feiertagsdienste übernimmt, verdient mehr. In Teilzeit gilt der Betrag anteilig.
  • Du erhältst zusätzlich einen Bonus für sicheres Fahren von bis zu 40 € pro Monat als Netto-Wertgutschein (bei Vollzeit, Teilzeit anteilig).

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du fährst unsere Fahrgäste im On-Demand-Verkehr mit von uns gestellten Fahrzeugen von A nach B – ab dem 01.02.2027 im Landkreis Donau-Ries (AktiVVo). Weitere Informationen erhältst du unter www.cleversolutions.de
  • Im Landkreis Donau-Ries gibt es zwei Einsatzgebiete mit eigenen Schichtstarts: Jura rund um Wemding und Monheim (Wemding, Monheim, Daiting, Fünfstetten, Huisheim, Otting, Rögling, Tagmersheim und Wolferstadt) sowie Lech rund um Rain (Rain, Marxheim, Oberndorf a. Lech, Niederschönenfeld, Genderkingen, Münster und Holzheim).
  • Du verkaufst Fahrscheine im Fahrzeug – bar und kontaktlos per Karte oder Handy – über das Gerät, das wir dir stellen.
  • Du hilfst Fahrgästen mit Rollstuhl, Rollator oder Kinderwagen beim Ein- und Aussteigen und bedienst dabei die Klapprampe.
  • Sicherheit im Straßenverkehr steht für dich immer an erster Stelle.

Dein Profil

  • Du fährst leidenschaftlich gerne Auto.
  • Du hast seit mindestens 2 Jahren einen EU-Führerschein der Klasse B und bist mindestens 21 Jahre alt.
  • Du sprichst Deutsch (mindestens Level B1) in Wort und Schrift.
  • Du verfügst über einen Personenbeförderungsschein (P-Schein) oder bist bereit, einen zu beantragen. Die Kosten übernehmen wir für dich (bei Teilzeit anteilig), gerne unterstützen wir dich im Prozess.
  • Du kennst dich im Landkreis Donau-Ries aus oder bist bereit, dich schnell einzuarbeiten.
  • Du bist bereit, in beiden Einsatzgebieten zu fahren und in Ausnahmefällen auch unseren Betrieb in Schrobenhausen zu unterstützen.
  • Schichtdienst sowie Einsätze am Wochenende und an Feiertagen sind für dich kein Problem: Gefahren wird montags bis freitags von 6 bis 20 Uhr, samstags von 8 bis 20 Uhr und sonntags sowie feiertags von 8 bis 18 Uhr.
  • Du magst digitale Prozesse; die Nutzung von Apps und digitale Kommunikation sind für dich selbstverständlich.
