Deine Aufgaben

In Bayern starten wir am 01.01.2027 den Flexibus in Schrobenhausen und am 01.02.2027 AktiVVo im Landkreis Donau-Ries (rund um Wemding/Monheim und Rain am Lech). Als Junior Operations Manager baust du beide Betriebe mit auf und bist erster Ansprechpartner und fachlicher Vorgesetzter für unsere Fahrer. Du steuerst das Tagesgeschäft, sorgst für einen reibungslosen Betrieb und fährst dabei regelmäßig selbst. Hierzu gehört insbesondere:

  • Eigene Fahrschichten – in der Regel 1–2 pro Woche, in Ausnahmefällen auch mehr
  • Sicherstellung der Besetzung aller Schichten in Schrobenhausen und im Landkreis Donau-Ries
  • Führung, Einstellung und Schulung unserer Fahrer
  • Management der Fahrzeugflotte (Schäden, Sauberkeit, gesetzliche Prüfungen)
  • Abstimmung mit unseren Auftraggebern vor Ort
  • Administrative Aufgaben wie Dienstplanung, Abwesenheiten und Dokumentation
  • Regelmäßige Präsenz an beiden Standorten

Arbeitszeiten und Erreichbarkeit – bitte beachten

Unsere Verkehre fahren zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten:

  • Schrobenhausen: Montag bis Freitag 05:00 bis 23:00 Uhr, Samstag 08:00 bis 01:00 Uhr, Sonn- und Feiertage 09:30 bis 22:00 Uhr
  • Landkreis Donau-Ries: Montag bis Freitag 06:00 bis 20:00 Uhr, Samstag 08:00 bis 20:00 Uhr, Sonn- und Feiertage 08:00 bis 18:00 Uhr

Das ist kein Nine-to-Five-Job: Deine Fahrschichten liegen auch früh morgens, abends und am Wochenende. Nachts arbeitest du in der Regel nicht: Die Rufbereitschaft nach Plan greift nur bei kritischen Vorfällen (z. B. Unfall, Personenschaden, Ausfall mehrerer Fahrzeuge) – dann bist du erreichbar und kümmerst dich darum.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Schichtbetrieb – z. B. aus KEP/Logistik, Busverkehr, Fahrdiensten, Sicherheitsdienst, Systemgastronomie, Autovermietung oder von der Bundeswehr
  • Davon 1–2 Jahre Führungs- oder Koordinationserfahrung mit gewerblichen Teams, z. B. als Schichtleiter, Disponent oder Teamleiter
  • Planungs- und Organisationstalent, auch in zeitkritischen Situationen
  • Du führst Menschen gern, trittst sympathisch und verbindlich auf und handelst im operativen Alltag klar und konsequent
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Smartphone, Tablet, Office- und Google-Anwendungen, offen für digitale und KI-gestützte Arbeitsweisen
  • Selbstständige, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Du fährst gern selbst und bist bereit zu Schichtdienst, Rufbereitschaft und Einsätzen früh morgens, abends und am Wochenende
  • Führerschein Klasse B seit mindestens 2 Jahren; P-Schein vorhanden oder Bereitschaft, ihn kurzfristig zu erwerben
  • Wohnort im Raum Schrobenhausen/Neuburg/Donauwörth, sodass du beide Standorte gut erreichst
