Voor een gerenommeerde internationale speler zoeken we een Senior Payroll Officer die mee instaat voor een correcte, tijdige en conforme payrollverwerking voor verschillende Europese landen.

Jouw uitdaging als Senior Payroll Officer

Als Senior Payroll Officer ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen het payrollteam en werk je nauw samen met de Payroll Lead. Je draagt verantwoordelijkheid voor een vlotte payrollverwerking en zorgt ervoor dat alle processen beantwoorden aan de geldende sociale en fiscale wetgeving.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Beheren van de payrollcyclus van A tot Z voor verschillende toegewezen landen.
  • Ondersteunen van de Payroll Lead bij dagelijkse payrollactiviteiten en projecten.
  • Garanderen van een correcte en tijdige loonverwerking conform lokale regelgeving.
  • Coördineren van payrollprocessen met externe payrollpartners en interne HR-teams.
  • Opvolgen van wijzigingen in sociale wetgeving, fiscaliteit en arbeidsrecht.
  • Analyseren en oplossen van complexe payrollvraagstukken.
  • Signaleren van verbeteropportuniteiten en bijdragen aan optimalisatie- en automatiseringsprojecten.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor payrollgerelateerde vragen van medewerkers en stakeholders.

Jouw profiel

Je bent een gedreven payrollspecialist die graag ownership neemt en moeiteloos schakelt tussen operationele taken en procesverbeteringen.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring binnen payroll.
  • Ervaring in een internationale of multicountry payrollomgeving is een sterke troef.
  • Grondige kennis van loonadministratie, sociale wetgeving, fiscaliteit en arbeidsrecht.
  • Ervaring met payrollsoftware, HR-systemen en externe payrollproviders.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een nauwkeurige werkaanpak.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor jouw dossiers.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en bouwt vlot relaties op met verschillende stakeholders.
  • Je weet prioriteiten te stellen en deadlines te respecteren.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Engels. Extra talen zijn een pluspunt.
