Jobomschrijving

Als Senior Payroll Officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor een correcte en tijdige loonverwerking voor zowel arbeiders als bedienden.

Je combineert operationele payrolltaken met een meer senior rol binnen het team, waarbij je jouw kennis deelt en collega's ondersteunt bij complexe vraagstukken.

Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere:

  • Verwerken van de payroll voor arbeiders en bedienden binnen een grote operationele omgeving.
  • Beheren van de volledige personeelsadministratie van A tot Z.
  • Opvolgen van contracten, Dimona-aangiftes, afwezigheden, tijdsregistratie, verlof en ziekte.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden rond loon- en personeelsadministratie.
  • Samenwerken met het sociaal secretariaat en zorgen voor een correcte administratie.
  • Ondersteunen van collega's bij complexe payrollvraagstukken.
  • Nauw samenwerken met HR Business Partners en operationele verantwoordelijken.
  • Meedenken over optimalisaties van payroll- en HR-processen.
  • Actief bijdragen aan een transparante en professionele HR-dienstverlening.

Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Payroll Coördinator en krijgt de ruimte om jouw expertise ten volle in te zetten.

Must haves

  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen payroll.
  • Je hebt een grondige kennis van Belgische sociale wetgeving.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met de payrollverwerking van zowel arbeiders als bedienden.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt spontaan verantwoordelijkheid op.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet complexe informatie helder uit te leggen.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en blijft constructief in uitdagende situaties.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor werk- en denkniveau.
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands.

Nice to haves

  • Ervaring met SD Worx.
  • Praktische kennis van het Frans.
  • Ervaring binnen een arbeidersintensieve omgeving.
  • Affiniteit met de facilitaire dienstverlening.
