Via onze werving- en selectiedivisie start je onmiddellijk met een vast contract bij onze klanten. Voor onze klant in Oudsbergen, actief in de ontwikkeling, productie en installatie van technische systemen, zoeken wij een Technisch Aankoper.

Jobomschrijving

Als Technisch Aankoper vertaal je de technische behoeften van Engineering en Productie naar concrete aankoopacties. Je leest en interpreteert mechanische tekeningen, CAD-samenstellingen en stuklijsten (BOM) en bepaalt welke mechanische, elektrische en algemene assemblageonderdelen besteld moeten worden. Je combineert technisch inzicht met commercieel en logistiek gezond verstand.Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Lezen en interpreteren van mechanische technische tekeningen, 2D/3D-CAD-modellen, samenstellingen en stuklijsten (BOM).
  • Bepalen welke onderdelen, materialen en aantallen nodig zijn voor productie en assemblage.
  • Identificeren en aankopen van mechanische onderdelen, elektrische componenten, bevestigingsmaterialen, plaatwerk, draai- en freesdelen en algemene verbruiks- en assemblageproducten.
  • Opvragen, technisch beoordelen en commercieel vergelijken van offertes bij bestaande en nieuwe leveranciers.
  • Controleren of aangeboden artikelen overeenstemmen met de gevraagde specificaties, materialen, afmetingen, toleranties en revisies.
  • Beoordelen van kostprijzen, minimumafnames (MOQ), verpakkingshoeveelheden, levertijden, transportkosten en betalings- en leveringsvoorwaarden.
  • Inschatten van realistische bestelhoeveelheden op basis van productieplanning, voorraad, historisch verbruik, levertijd, artikelwaarde en veiligheidsvoorraad.
  • Signaleren van opvallende prijsafwijkingen, technische onduidelijkheden, leveringsrisico’s en mogelijke tekorten.
  • Voorstellen van technisch en commercieel geschikte alternatieven, in overleg met Engineering bij technisch kritische onderdelen.
  • Opvolgen van bestellingen, orderbevestigingen, levertermijnen en afwijkingen tot en met de correcte levering.
  • Correct verwerken en onderhouden van artikel-, leveranciers- en aankoopgegevens in het ERP-systeem.
  • Nauw samenwerken met Engineering, Productie, Magazijn, Logistiek en Finance.
  • Technische opleiding of relevante ervaring in mechanica, elektromechanica of productieomgeving.
  • Sterk inzicht in mechanische tekeningen, stuklijsten (BOM) en technische documentatie.
  • Kennis van mechanische componenten zoals plaatwerk, lasconstructies, lagers, bevestigingsmaterialen en draai- en freeswerk.
  • Basiskennis van elektrische componenten (kabels, sensoren, relais, voedingen, schakelaars, enz.).
  • In staat om technische specificaties te beoordelen, afwijkingen te detecteren en technische aankoopbehoeften correct te vertalen.
  • Ervaring met CAD-software (Inventor is een plus) en ERP-systemen is een troef.
  • Technisch nieuwsgierig, nauwkeurig en analytisch, met feeling voor kostprijs en leveranciersbeheer.

Je bent succesvol wanneer de juiste onderdelen tijdig en volgens de correcte technische specificaties beschikbaar zijn, tegen marktconforme voorwaarden en zonder onnodige voorraad. Je vormt daarbij de praktische schakel tussen techniek, productie en leveranciers.
