Principais responsabilidades

  • Realizar conciliações bancárias e contábeis;
  • Acompanhar contas a pagar e a receber;
  • Analisar fluxo de caixa, movimentações financeiras e projeções;
  • Realizar conferência e análise de lançamentos contábeis;
  • Acompanhar fechamento financeiro mensal;
  • Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e indicadores financeiros;
  • Analisar demonstrativos financeiros e contábeis;
  • Acompanhar provisões, despesas, receitas e centros de custos;
  • Apoiar na elaboração de orçamentos e planejamento financeiro;
  • Realizar conferência de documentos fiscais e apoiar processos de apuração de impostos;
  • Identificar divergências, inconsistências e oportunidades de melhoria nos processos;
  • Manter interface com a contabilidade externa e demais setores da empresa;
  • Garantir organização, controle e confiabilidade das informações financeiras. Requisitos e qualificações
  • Ensino superior completo em Ciências Contábeis, Administração;
  • Experiência anterior em rotinas financeiras e contábeis;
  • Conhecimento intermediário em Excel;
  • Conhecimento em conciliação bancária, fluxo de caixa e fechamento financeiro;
  • Conhecimento em análise de demonstrativos financeiros e contábeis;
  • Familiaridade com sistemas ERP e plataformas de gestão financeira; Diferenciais
  • Experiência no segmento de saúde, clínicas;
  • Experiência com análise de custos e resultados por unidade;
  • Conhecimento em orçamento empresarial e indicadores de desempenho.
  • Conhecimento em legislação fiscal e tributária.
