The posting

Clockwork söker nu en erfaren upphandlare för ett konsultuppdrag hos en statlig myndighet i Stockholm. Uppdraget är på heltid, löper initialt under sex månader och har preliminär start den 19 november 2026. Det finns möjlighet till förlängning i tre plus tre månader. Vi söker dig som har gedigen erfarenhet av offentlig upphandling och är van att självständigt driva upphandlingar enligt LOU.

Dina arbetsuppgifter

I rollen kommer du att självständigt genomföra upphandlingar, avrop och andra upphandlingsrelaterade arbetsuppgifter i enlighet med myndighetens processer och gällande lagstiftning.

Du kommer att arbeta med upphandling av både varor och tjänster inom varierande områden. Det kan exempelvis handla om IT-system och licenser, konsulttjänster, analyser samt lokal-, fastighets- och säkerhetsrelaterade tjänster.

Du förväntas självständigt kunna driva upphandlingsprocessen, ta fram beslutsunderlag och dokumentation samt säkerställa att relevanta handlingar dokumenteras och överlämnas efter avslutad upphandling.

Din profil

För att vara aktuell för uppdraget behöver du:

  • Ha dokumenterad relevant universitets-, högskole- eller yrkeshögskoleutbildning.
  • Ha minst fem års erfarenhet under de senaste sju åren av att självständigt genomföra upphandlingar enligt LOU, både under och över tröskelvärdet, åt upphandlande myndigheter.
  • Ha självständigt genomfört flera upphandlingar enligt LOU under de senaste sju åren av både varor och tjänster, exempelvis inom IT, lokal, fastighet eller säkerhet.
  • Ha självständigt genomfört flera avrop från Kammarkollegiets ramavtal genom förnyad konkurrensutsättning under de senaste sju åren.
  • Ha kunskap och erfarenhet av upphandlingsverktyg, exempelvis e-Avrop eller motsvarande, samt erfarenhet av elektroniska upphandlingar.
  • Ha goda kunskaper i MS Office eller motsvarande.
  • Ha goda kunskaper inom LOU.
  • Kunna kommunicera obehindrat på svenska i både tal och skrift.

Som person ser vi gärna att du är drivande, flexibel och lösningsfokuserad med god samarbetsförmåga. Du är trygg i att självständigt driva upphandlingar från start till mål och har lätt för att sätta dig in i nya arbetssätt och rutiner.
