The posting

Bij Clockworks bouwen we slimme AI-software. We groeien hard, en daarom zoeken we iemand die zorgt dat de basis staat als een huis. Als Office & Finance Manager houd jij grip op onze financiën én maak je van kantoor een plek waar we met plezier en focus werken. Ben jij een proactieve aanpakker met een scherp oog voor cijfers, die energie krijgt van het optimaliseren van processen? Dan willen we je graag leren kennen.

De rol

Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor ons team van 15 collega's en combineert financiële administratie met kantoorregie. Je bent een doener die zelf ziet wat er moet gebeuren, of het nu gaat om een factuur die betaald moet worden, een werkplek die beter kan of de organisatie van een team/klant-evenement. Je ontzorgt het management, signaleert wat er op kantoor nodig is (vaak nog voordat we er zelf om vragen) en bouwt met ons mee aan een snel groeiend bedrijf.

Wat ga je doen?

Finance & Administratie

  • Verwerken van inkoop- en verkoopfacturen.
  • Beheer van de salarisadministratie en contact met onze payrollpartner.
  • Zorgen dat de administratie tijdig en foutloos staat.

Office & Operations

  • Kantoorregie: je maakt van kantoor een fijne, inspirerende plek. Je signaleert waar het beter kan (inrichting, faciliteiten) en pakt dit van A tot Z op.
  • Facilitair: voorraadbeheer en kantoorbenodigdheden en communicatie met onze schoonmaakpartner.
  • Team & Events: je houdt de sfeer goed door teamuitjes, off-sites en evenementen voor relaties te organiseren.

Management Support

  • Je bent de rechterhand van het MT. Je vangt ad-hoc zaken op, plant afspraken en ondersteunt waar nodig om de organisatie soepel draaiende te houden.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je bent zelfstandig en neemt eigenaarschap. Je vraagt je af "hoe kan dit beter?" in plaats van "wat moet ik nu doen?".
  • Je hebt ervaring met financiële administratie (ervaring met Exact Online is een pré).
  • Je bent georganiseerd, nauwkeurig en communiceert makkelijk.
  • Je vindt het leuk om bij te dragen aan een groeiend softwarebedrijf en een belangrijke spil te zijn in een jong, dynamisch team.

Wat wij bieden

  • Flexibiliteit & aanwezigheid: een rol voor 16-24 uur per week. Omdat de rol draait om de dynamiek op kantoor, vinden we het belangrijk dat je er bent op onze drukkere dagen (maandag, dinsdag en donderdag). Heb je rust en focustijd nodig voor de administratie? Dan is thuiswerken zeker bespreekbaar. Hoe je je uren precies verdeelt, bepalen we in overleg.
  • Veel autonomie: je krijgt het vertrouwen om je eigen stempel op onze kantooromgeving en processen te drukken.
