  • Du analysierst und optimierst Marketing- und Sales-Prozesse, z. B. Lead Management, Marketing Automation und CRM-Strukturen.
  • Du entwickelst technologische und prozessuale Lösungen, die Marketing und Vertrieb besser verbinden.
  • Du konzipierst und moderierst Kundenworkshops, Schulungen und Projekttermine.
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung im Projektmanagement und identifizierst weitere Potenziale bei deinen Kunden.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Management zusammen und gestaltest die strategische Weiterentwicklung unseres HubSpot-Geschäftsbereichs aktiv mit.

Das zeichnet Dich aus

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer beratenden oder technischen Rolle mit Bezug zu CRM, Marketing Automation oder Sales-Prozessen.
  • Fundierte HubSpot-Kenntnisse, insbesondere im Marketing Hub und Sales Hub.
  • Erfahrung in der Modellierung und Optimierung von Marketing- und Vertriebsprozessen.
  • Sicheres Auftreten in Kundenworkshops, Präsentationen und Beratungssituationen.
  • Starkes analytisches Denken, hohe Technologieaffinität und eine Hands-on-Mentalität.
  • Erfahrung im digitalen Marketing, Vertrieb oder Customer-Journey-Umfeld, idealerweise im B2B-Kontext.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast mind. 2-5 Jahre post-graduale Berufserfahrung in einer technischen und beratenden Tätigkeit
  • Du hast umfassende Kenntnisse in HubSpot (Marketing Hub und Sales Hub)
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Prozessmodellierung (z.B. von Leadprozessen) im Bereich Marketing und Vertrieb
  • Du hast idealerweise Basiskenntnisse in HTML und CSS
  • Du hast Erfahrung im Bereich digitales Marketing, Vertrieb oder Customer Journey, optimalerweise im B2B Umfeld
  • Du hast Erfahrung mit agilen Prozess- und Projektmanagement-Methoden und -Tools
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2) und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (C1), um eine fachlich fundierte Beratung sowie eine sichere Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden zu gewährleisten.
