  • Unterstützung im Office Management, z. B. Organisation von Teamevents, After-Works und internen Formaten
  • Koordination von Büroabläufen (Einkäufe, Infrastruktur, Dienstleisterkommunikation)
  • Unterstützung im On- und Offboarding-Prozess (Hardware, Organisation und Dokumentation)
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von P&C- und Office-Prozessen (z. B. Mitarbeiterhandbuch, Vorlagen)
  • Mitwirkung bei der Verwaltung der IT- und Büroausstattung
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Arbeitszeugnissen und P&C-Dokumenten
  • Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung unserer internen Prozesse und Systeme
  • Unterstützung bei der Administration unserer Tech-Landschaft und Operating Models

Dein Profil

  • Du befindest dich in den letzten zwei Semestern Deines Masterstudiums
  • Du hast während deines Studiums bereits einen Schwerpunkt oder Module im Bereich People & Culture / HR / Personalmanagement gehabt
  • Du verfügst idealerweise über erste Berufserfahrung im Operations- / P&C-Bereich
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse auf Business-Niveau (C2)
