Seit unserer Gründung 2022 in Salzburg begleiten wir Unternehmen im DACH-Raum dabei, Odoo als zentrales ERP produktiv, skalierbar und wartbar aufzusetzen — von der Prozessanalyse über die Implementierung bis zum Go-Live und darüber hinaus. Zur Verstärkung unseres Consulting-Teams in Salzburg oder Wien suchen wir Dich als erfahrenen ERP-Consultant für Odoo.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Projektverantwortung end-to-end: Du führst Odoo-Implementierungsprojekte von der Discovery über den Scope bis zur Abnahme und Hypercare.
  • →Prozessanalyse & Lösungsdesign: Du analysierst Geschäftsprozesse, identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale und entwirfst passgenaue Lösungen — Standard-First statt wildem Customizing.
  • Konfiguration: Du konfigurierst Odoo-Module (CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Project, HR u. a.) und definierst Workflows, Rollen und Berechtigungen.
  • Schnittstelle zum Kunden: Du moderierst Workshops, führst Key-User- und Endanwender-Schulungen durch und bist zentraler Ansprechpartner über den gesamten Projektverlauf.
  • →Schnittstelle zur Entwicklung: Du übersetzt fachliche Anforderungen in saubere Spezifikationen und arbeitest eng mit dem Dev-Team zusammen.
  • Datenmigration: Du planst und begleitest die Übernahme aus Vorsystemen — Mapping, Bereinigung, Testmigrationen, Cutover.
  • Wissen & Methodik: Du entwickelst unsere Consulting-Methodik aktiv weiter und gibst Dein Wissen an Kolleg:innen weiter.

Das bringst Du mit

  • →Mind. 4 Jahre Erfahrung in der ERP-Beratung, idealerweise mit Odoo — alternativ vergleichbares System (SAP Business One, Dynamics, NetSuite, Sage) und Wechselbereitschaft.
  • Tiefes Prozessverständnis in mindestens einem Kernbereich: Sales & CRM, Purchase & Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing oder Services.
  • →Projektleitung: Fundierte Erfahrung von der Anforderungsaufnahme bis zum Go-Live.
  • →Ausbildung: Studium (Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen) oder vergleichbare Praxis.
  • →Beratungsstärke & Kommunikation: Du erklärst Komplexes verständlich und moderierst souverän.
  • →AI-unterstütztes Arbeiten: Du setzt AI-Assistenten (Claude, ChatGPT & Co.) produktiv ein.
  • Sprachen: Deutsch verhandlungssicher (C1/C2), Englisch mindestens B2.
  • →Reisebereitschaft: Gelegentliche Reisen im DACH-Raum (ca. 1–2 Tage/Monat).

Gehalt

Das tatsächliche Gehalt liegt je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung zwischen 48.000 € und 83.200 € brutto/Jahr (Basis 38,5h), ausbezahlt 14×. Hinzu kommen leistungsabhängige Prämien.

Die Einstufung erfolgt auf Basis des Kollektivvertrags IT mit entsprechender Überzahlung.
