Als Technical Account Manager bist Du das Gesicht von Cloudunify für unsere Bestandskunden: Du betreust sie technisch und fachlich nach dem Go-Live, hältst ihre Odoo-Instanzen gesund und entwickelst die Zusammenarbeit aktiv weiter. Wir suchen Dich in Salzburg oder Wien.

Deine Aufgaben

  • →Bestandskundenbetreuung: Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson für ein Portfolio an Cloudunify-Kunden — vom Key-User bis zur Geschäftsführung.
  • →Technischer Support & Troubleshooting: Du priorisierst Support-Tickets, analysierst Probleme in Odoo (Konfiguration, Studio, Server Actions) und löst sie oder koordinierst die Lösung.
  • →Projekt- & Backlog-Tracking: Du behältst den Überblick über alle Kunden-Initiativen und sorgst dafür, dass nichts zwischen Stuhl und Bank fällt.
  • →Upselling & Account Growth: Du erkennst Optimierungspotenzial und stößt weitere Schritte an — auf Basis echter Mehrwerte, nicht auf Druck.
  • →Quarterly Business Reviews: Regelmäßige Reviews — Status, Nutzungsgrad, offene Punkte, Roadmap, Service-Quality.
  • →Schnittstelle zu Consulting & Development: Du übersetzt Anforderungen in Tickets, Specs oder Projektanträge und sorgst für saubere Übergaben.
  • →Hypercare & Übergabe: Du übernimmst Kunden nach dem Go-Live und begleitest sie strukturiert in den Regelbetrieb.
  • →Wissensaufbau: Du dokumentierst Kundenstände und pflegst unsere Knowledge Base.

Das bringst Du mit

  • →Mind. 3 Jahre Erfahrung in einer kundenzugewandten Rolle im ERP-/Business-Software-Umfeld — Account Management, Customer Success, ERP-Support oder Junior-Consulting.
  • →Odoo-Erfahrung von Vorteil, alternativ vergleichbares System (SAP Business One, Dynamics, NetSuite, Sage) und Wechselbereitschaft.
  • →Tech-Affinität: Du verstehst ERP-Konzepte (Datenmodelle, Workflows, Berechtigungen, Reporting) — auch ohne selbst Entwickler zu sein.
  • →Kommerzielles Gespür: Du erkennst Upselling-Potenzial und führst Folgeangebote sauber durch — ohne Hard-Selling.
  • →Beratungsstärke & Kommunikation: Du erklärst Komplexes verständlich und behältst auch in hektischen Support-Situationen den Überblick.
  • →Strukturierte Arbeitsweise: Tickets, Backlogs, Roadmaps, QBR-Templates — Du hast Spaß an Struktur.
  • →AI-unterstütztes Arbeiten: AI-Assistenten (Claude, ChatGPT & Co.) produktiv im Daily Workflow.
  • →Sprachen: Deutsch verhandlungssicher (C1/C2), Englisch mind. B2.

Gehalt

Das tatsächliche Gehalt liegt je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung zwischen 35.000 € und 62.400 € brutto/Jahr (Basis 38,5h), ausbezahlt 14×. Hinzu kommen leistungsabhängige Prämien.

Einstufung auf Basis des Kollektivvertrags IT mit entsprechender Überzahlung.
