⚡ A vaga

Você irá liderar a operação de crédito e cobrança da Clubbi, supervisionando a mesa de crédito e a célula de cobrança. Sua equipe é responsável por garantir a efetiva execução da política de crédito através da gestão das aprovações e definições de limite, assim como a eventual cobrança em casos de atrasos. Você terá interface com todas as áreas da empresa e uma colaboração especialmente importante com a equipe de Vendas, para garantir um crescimento rentável e seguro para a empresa.

🔧 O que você vai fazer

· Liderar a mesa de crédito, responsável pela aprovação de pedidos e limites de crédito para nossa base de clientes

· Liderar a célula de cobrança, responsável pela cobrança de títulos em atraso

· Trabalhar em conjunto com a equipe de política de crédito para identificar oportunidades de melhoria nas nossas políticas, visando um melhor equilíbrio risco x retorno da operação

· Acompanhar os indicadores de inadimplência e eficiência de cobrança, calibrando continuamente o foco de atuação da equipe

· Evoluir nossos processos de crédito e cobrança para otimizar cada vez mais o equilíbrio entre taxa de aprovação e crescimento

· 3+ anos de experiência em operação de mesa de crédito e de cobrança

· Conhecimento amplo das melhores práticas de operações de crédito e de cobrança

· Boa capacidade analítica para acompanhar indicadores e desenhar planos de ação

· Experiência relevante de gestão de equipes operacionais
