  • exécutez vos tâches et responsabilités dans notre cabinet de St Prex en collaboration avec les membres de l'équipe,
  • êtes responsable de l'accueil téléphonique des clients,
  • prenez en charge les patients et les clients à l'accueil,
  • gérez les e-mails,
  • traitez le suivi des cas référés,
  • gérez la prise de rendez-vous,
  • apportez des soins aux animaux,
  • participer aux garde de La Côte.

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

  • AMV diplômé.e.
  • Peu d'expérience acceptée, nous accompagnons volontiers votre prise de poste.
  • Excellentes compétences relationnelles et de communication.
  • Apprécie le contact avec le client.
  • Organisé.e et réactif.ve pour gérer les situations variées.
  • Rigoureux.se dans l'exécution des tâches administratives et organisationnelles.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
  • Excellente capacité à travailler en multitâche et sous pression.
  • Capacité à évoluer dans une grande structure dynamique.
  • Maîtrise de la langue française indispensable et un anglais de base souhaité.
  • Disponibilité pour travailler le samedi et participer à un tournus de garde.
