Vous ferez ainsi partie de la famille Swissvet Group, composée actuellement de 15 cabinets établis en Suisse avec environ 130 collaborateurs-trices. Nous sommes toutes et tous engagés à fournir des soins de la plus haute qualité aux animaux avec une forte culture d’excellence et d’échange entre vétérinaires.

En qualité de Directeur-trice, vous assurez de manière autonome les actes préventifs, médicaux et chirurgicaux classiques et courants d’un cabinet vétérinaire généraliste. Vous serez en charge de la direction opérationnelle du cabinet et de la gestion de l’équipe du cabinet.

Vous serez le/la leader médical du cabinet, de son organisation, de son développement et de la relation clients.

Pour vous permettre de réussir dans votre fonction, vous aurez le plein soutien de Swissvet Group, un partenaire apportant le support opérationnel, administratif (comptabilité, RH, Marketing) et financier. Ce modèle vous permettra de vous concentrer sur la gestion médicale du métier de médecin vétérinaire tout en vous donnant les moyens de pratiquer une médecine moderne.

Vous serez en relation directe avec le CEO du groupe pour la gestion financière et managériale, ainsi qu’avec le directeur médical pour le soutien médical, la formation professionnelle et le développement médical du cabinet.

Votre profil

  • Médecin vétérinaire diplômé-e
  • Minimum 5-6 ans d'expérience en médecine féline/canine
  • Vous avez un intérêt à la conduite d'un projet managérial et entrepreneurial en plus du métier de vétérinaires
  • Vos compétences techniques larges en médecines vétérinaires vous positionnent naturellement comme l'autorité médicale de l'équipe
  • Votre expérience en gestion d'équipe et votre capacité à décider vous permettent de déléguer efficacement et d'organiser les différentes tâches opérationnelles auprès de votre équipe
  • Vous parlez le français et l'allemand
