En Trace Group nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Referente Senior de CSMS, con foco en Capacitación y Formación Técnica, para liderar el desarrollo de competencias y fortalecer la cultura de prevención en nuestras operaciones.

Buscamos una persona con sólida experiencia en HSE, habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo, que disfrute de formar equipos, impulsar buenas prácticas de seguridad y acompañar a los referentes operativos en la mejora continua.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Liderar y organizar la sección de Capacitación y Formación Técnica del área de HSE para la Cuenca Neuquina.
  • Diseñar, coordinar y dictar programas de capacitación, inducciones, charlas de seguridad y entrenamientos operativos y normativos.
  • Desarrollar materiales didácticos y evaluar la efectividad de las capacitaciones, realizando el seguimiento de indicadores de gestión (KPIs).
  • Supervisar el cumplimiento de los requisitos contractuales, legales y normativos de HSE en los frentes operativos.
  • Gestionar y auditar los sistemas de gestión de HSE, conforme a las normas ISO 45001 e ISO 14001.
  • Liderar investigaciones de incidentes y accidentes, definiendo acciones correctivas y preventivas.
  • Elaborar y actualizar matrices de identificación de peligros y evaluación de riesgos (IPER).
  • Realizar el seguimiento de la seguridad vial y analizar información proveniente de plataformas de tacógrafo y telemetría.
  • Trabajar en conjunto con administradores de contratos, supervisores de campo y clientes, promoviendo una cultura de seguridad y prevención.

Buscamos una persona con excelentes habilidades de comunicación, escucha activa, empatía, capacidad de negociación y resolución de conflictos, que pueda ejercer un liderazgo cercano y adaptativo, generando compromiso con la seguridad en todos los niveles de la organización.

Requisitos

* Educación: Licenciatura o Tecnicatura en Higiene y Seguridad en el Trabajo.

* Matrícula Profesional: Excluyente estar matriculado/a y habilitado/a para ejercer en las provincias de Neuquén.

* Experiencia: Mínima de 5 años en posiciones similares de HSE en la industria energética, Oil & Gas o servicios industriales en la Cuenca Neuquina.

* Gestión de riesgos: Elaboración/actualización de matriz IPER.

* Gestion de KPI: Análisis y seguimiento de indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs).

* Gestion de Seguridad Vial y Manejo de plataformas de tacógrafo.

* Sistemas de Gestión: Conocimiento sólido y experiencia demostrable en ISO 45001 e ISO 14001.

* Técnicas de Capacitación: Experiencia comprobada como facilitador/orador, manejo de grupos y diseño de material didáctico.

* Movilidad: Licencia de conducir vigente y disponibilidad para trasladarse entre frentes operativos de Neuquén y Río Negro.
