En Trace Group nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Supervisor SAS para incorporarse a operaciones vinculadas a plantas y centros de almacenamiento, transferencia, carga y descarga de arenas de fractura dentro de la industria Oil & Gas.

Responsabilidades

  • Supervisar el cumplimiento de normas de Seguridad, Salud y Ambiente en operaciones de almacenamiento y transferencia de arenas.
  • Verificar condiciones seguras de trabajo durante tareas de carga, descarga y movimiento de materiales.
  • Controlar permisos de trabajo, ATS/IPER y documentación operativa.
  • Realizar inspecciones y recorridas de seguridad en planta y campo.
  • Detectar desvíos y realizar seguimiento de acciones correctivas y preventivas.
  • Liderar charlas de seguridad e inducciones al personal operativo y contratistas.
  • Participar en investigaciones de incidentes y análisis de causa raíz.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares del cliente y normativa vigente.
  • Coordinar acciones junto a supervisión operativa para garantizar la ejecución segura de las tareas.
  • Realizar seguimiento de indicadores SAS/HSE y confección de reportes.

📄 Modalidad de contratación: Contrato a plazo fijo

📑 Convenio colectivo: 637/11

Requisitos

  • Técnico o Licenciado en Seguridad e Higiene.
  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en posiciones SAS/HSE dentro de la industria Oil & Gas.
  • Experiencia comprobable en plantas, centros de almacenamiento, transferencia y carga/descarga de arenas de fractura.
  • Residencia en Neuquén o zonas aledañas (valorado).
  • Licencia de conducir vigente.
