CuddleMe, perusahaan manufaktur perlengkapan bayi sejak 2010 yang berlokasi di Kota Malang sedang mencari Supervisor Product Development.

Location: Head Office, Jl. Indraprasta No. 7, Polehan, Kec. Blimbing, Kota Malang, Jawa Timur.

Working Hours:

Mon - Fri : 08.00 - 16.15 WIB

Saturday : 08.00 - 14.00 WIB

Kualifikasi

  • Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 dari jurusan Teknik Industri, Desain Produk, Teknik Mesin, Tata Busana, atau jurusan relevan lainnya.
  • Pengalaman kerja minimal 2-3 tahun di bidang Product Development, Research & Development, Product Design, dsb.
  • Pengalaman di industri garmen, apparel, tas, perlengkapan bayi, atau manufaktur produk konsumen yang sejenis.
  • Pengalaman memimpin tim atau proyek pengembangan produk menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Memahami proses pengembangan produk mulai dari kajian produk existing, analisis tren dan kebutuhan pasar, penyusunan konsep, hingga trial dan pembuatan prototype.
  • Memahami proses produksi dan kelayakan manufaktur untuk memastikan produk dapat diproduksi sesuai spesifikasi yang ditetapkan.
  • Mampu melakukan evaluasi produk existing dan mengidentifikasi peluang pengembangan maupun perbaikan produk.
  • Mampu menyusun spesifikasi produk, timeline pengembangan, dokumentasi trial, serta laporan evaluasi prototype.
  • Mampu memimpin, membagi tugas, dan mengevaluasi kinerja anggota tim Product Development.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

  • Melakukan kajian dan evaluasi terhadap produk existing untuk mengidentifikasi peluang perbaikan kualitas, fungsi, desain, material, dan efisiensi biaya.
  • Melakukan analisis tren pasar, kompetitor, dan kebutuhan pelanggan sebagai dasar pengembangan produk baru.
  • Menyusun rencana kerja, prioritas, dan timeline pengembangan produk berdasarkan target perusahaan.
  • Mengoordinasikan proses pengembangan produk mulai dari penyusunan konsep dan spesifikasi, pemilihan material, trial, hingga pembuatan prototype.
  • Memastikan pelaksanaan trial dan pembuatan prototype berjalan sesuai spesifikasi, standar kualitas, target biaya, dan timeline yang ditetapkan.
  • Melakukan evaluasi hasil trial dan prototype serta mengoordinasikan perbaikan yang diperlukan sebelum diajukan untuk persetujuan lebih lanjut.
  • Memantau progres setiap proyek pengembangan produk, mengidentifikasi kendala, dan memastikan tindak lanjut penyelesaiannya.
  • Memastikan dokumentasi pengembangan produk, spesifikasi, hasil trial, revisi prototype, dan laporan evaluasi tersusun dengan baik.
