Mô tả công việc Chịu trách nhiệm toàn diện về hoạt động thu hút tài năng, hoạch định nguồn nhân lực và vận hành bộ máy tuyển dụng nhằm cung cấp kịp thời, đầy đủ cả hai khối: Lao động phổ thông số lượng lớn (Mass Recruitment) đáp ứng tiến độ sản xuất của các đơn hàng lớn và Khối văn phòng/kỹ sư cấp cao cho nhà máy. Hoạch định Chiến lược & Quản lý Ngân sách Tuyển dụng Dự báo nguồn nhân lực: Chủ trì phối hợp với Khối Sản xuất (Production) và Khối HRBP để dự báo nhu cầu nhân lực theo tuần/tháng/quý dựa trên kế hoạch mở rộng nhà máy hoặc mùa cao điểm đơn hàng. Xây dựng kế hoạch tuyển dụng: Lập kế hoạch chi tiết về tiến độ, kênh tuyển dụng và phương án dự phòng rủi ro thiếu hụt lao động. Quản lý ngân sách: Xây dựng, tối ưu hóa và quản lý ngân sách tuyển dụng (chi phí đăng bài, chi phí cho đối tác cung ứng, chi phí tổ chức ngày hội việc làm, chi phí thưởng giới thiệu nhân viên mới). Vận hành Tuyển dụng Lao động Phổ thông (Mass Recruitment) Quản lý kênh cung ứng (Sub-contractors): Tìm kiếm, đánh giá, ký kết hợp tác và giám sát hiệu quả của các công ty cung ứng lao động, công ty cho thuê lại lao động. Phát triển mạng lưới tuyển dụng: Thiết lập mối quan hệ chiến lược với các trung tâm giới thiệu việc làm, trường nghề, chính quyền địa phương để gom nguồn lao động ổn định. Vận hành chương trình nội bộ: Thiết lập và đẩy mạnh chương trình "MGM - Nhóm/Nhân viên giới thiệu nhân viên mới" (với ngân sách thưởng hấp dẫn đang áp dụng tại công ty) nhằm tối ưu hóa nguồn lực tự nhiên. Tuyển dụng Khối Văn phòng, Kỹ sư và Cấp quản lý) Tuyển dụng nhân sự chất lượng cao Xây dựng tiêu chuẩn đánh giá: Chuẩn hóa quy trình phỏng vấn Quản lý, Đào tạo Đội ngũ Tuyển dụng Nội. Đối ứng Audit Khách hàng & Báo cáo Ban Giám đốc

Yêu cầu Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên các chuyên ngành liên quan Tối thiểu 3-5 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí cấp quản lý tương đương trong doanh nghiệp sản xuất Có kinh nghiệm tuyển dụng tại nhà máy sản xuất quy mô lớn, ưu tiên điện tử/FDI Trung Quốc, Đài Loan. Có tư duy Business Partner, hiểu hoạt động sản xuất và có khả năng làm việc trực tiếp với Ban Giám đốc. Tiếng Trung tốt, có thể họp và báo cáo trực tiếp với lãnh đạo Trung Quốc. Có thêm tiếng Anh là một lợi thế.
  3. Chế độ 13 tháng lương, 12 ngày nghỉ phép/ năm, BHXH theo quy đinh, đóng BHXH từ thử việc Chế độ tăng lương, thăng chức 2 lần/ năm Xe đưa đón từ Thành phố Hải Dương về nhà máy hoặc KTX.
