Job Description Tư vấn và hỗ trợ khách hàng: Làm việc trực tiếp với khách hàng Nhật Bản, tiếp nhận và phân tích nhu cầu thuê, mua hoặc đầu tư bất động sản tại Việt Nam; hỗ trợ trao đổi, phiên dịch khi cần thiết. Triển khai dịch vụ bất động sản: Phối hợp tìm kiếm dự án phù hợp, chuẩn bị tài liệu tư vấn, báo giá và lịch trình khảo sát; kết nối khách hàng với chủ đầu tư, đối tác và các bộ phận liên quan. Chăm sóc và phát triển quan hệ khách hàng: Duy trì quan hệ với khách hàng hiện hữu, theo dõi khách hàng tiềm năng và hỗ trợ phát triển cơ hội hợp tác với doanh nghiệp, nhà đầu tư Nhật Bản. Quản lý thông tin và hỗ trợ kinh doanh: Cập nhật dữ liệu khách hàng, theo dõi tiến độ xử lý yêu cầu; hỗ trợ tổ chức hội thảo, sự kiện và hoạt động kết nối doanh nghiệp Nhật - Việt.
  2. Requirements Có tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực sales B2B, chăm sóc khách hàng, business development, tư vấn dịch vụ hoặc làm việc với khách hàng doanh nghiệp. Tiếng Nhật trình độ JLPT N2 trở lên, có khả năng giao tiếp, tư vấn và hỗ trợ phiên dịch trong công việc. Có kỹ năng giao tiếp, tư vấn, chăm sóc khách hàng và theo dõi tiến độ công việc tốt. Chủ động, cẩn thận, có tư duy dịch vụ và khả năng phối hợp với nhiều bên liên quan. Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực bất động sản, cho thuê văn phòng, bất động sản công nghiệp hoặc từng làm việc với khách hàng Nhật Bản. Có định hướng phát triển trong lĩnh vực bất động sản, tư vấn dịch vụ hoặc phát triển kinh doanh Nhật - Việt.
