I. Mô tả công việc

1. Quản lý kỹ thuật may

  • Phụ trách các hoạt động kỹ thuật may, đảm bảo tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật, phương pháp may và yêu cầu sản xuất được xây dựng và triển khai hiệu quả.
  • Kiểm tra, đánh giá và phê duyệt tài liệu kỹ thuật, mẫu sản phẩm, rập và kết cấu sản phẩm may mặc, đảm bảo tính khả thi trong sản xuất, chất lượng và hiệu suất vận hành.
  • Đảm bảo các tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật và phương pháp may được áp dụng thống nhất trong quá trình sản xuất.
  • Giải quyết các vấn đề kỹ thuật phát sinh trong sản xuất, tối ưu hóa phương pháp may và cải tiến quy trình nhằm nâng cao năng suất, chất lượng sản phẩm.
  • Hỗ trợ phát triển các mẫu sản phẩm mới, đánh giá tính khả thi về mặt kỹ thuật trước khi đưa vào sản xuất hàng loạt.
  • Thúc đẩy cải tiến kỹ thuật liên tục, giảm thiểu lỗi sản xuất và nâng cao hiệu quả vận hành của nhà máy.

2. Đào tạo và phối hợp liên phòng ban

  • Đào tạo, hướng dẫn và phát triển năng lực chuyên môn cho đội ngũ 2 - 3 trợ lý kỹ thuật.
  • Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các bộ phận Merchandising, QA, IE và Sản xuất để giải quyết vấn đề kỹ thuật và đảm bảo quá trình sản xuất diễn ra thuận lợi.
  • Hướng dẫn các bộ phận liên quan về tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật, phương pháp may và yêu cầu chất lượng của sản phẩm.
  • Thúc đẩy chia sẻ kiến thức chuyên môn và cải tiến kỹ thuật nhằm nâng cao năng lực đội ngũ.

II. Yêu cầu

1. Học vấn

  • Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng hoặc có chứng chỉ chuyên môn về Công nghệ May, Kỹ thuật Công nghiệp, Sản xuất May mặc hoặc các ngành liên quan là một lợi thế.

2. Kinh nghiệm

  • Tối thiểu 10 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực kỹ thuật may tại các doanh nghiệp sản xuất hàng may mặc.
  • Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm chuyên sâu về sản phẩm denim, bao gồm quần dài, áo khoác, váy liền, quần short, chân váy và các sản phẩm liên quan.

3. Kỹ năng chuyên môn

  • Am hiểu sâu về kết cấu sản phẩm may mặc, công đoạn may, quy trình sản xuất và hệ thống kiểm soát chất lượng.
  • Có kiến thức vững về tài liệu kỹ thuật, tiêu chuẩn may và đánh giá tính khả thi của sản phẩm trước khi sản xuất.
  • Có khả năng phân tích, xử lý các vấn đề kỹ thuật và đề xuất giải pháp cải tiến quy trình sản xuất.
  • Có năng lực đào tạo, hướng dẫn và phát triển chuyên môn cho đội ngũ kỹ thuật.

4. Yêu cầu khác

  • Giao tiếp tốt bằng tiếng Việt.
  • Ưu tiên ứng viên có khả năng giao tiếp bằng tiếng Trung hoặc tiếng Anh.
  • Ưu tiên ứng viên người Việt Nam; ứng viên nước ngoài vẫn được xem xét.
