  1. Job Description Coordinate with SBUs for timely receipt of CSI report and action plan and review with SBU for CSI report and action plan give inputs and observation. Closure of observation and finalization of CSI report and necessary horizontal deployment to ensure Preventive Action plan is implemented properly. Development of internal assessors for MBEM by identifying suitable candidates and conducting training sessions. Conduct awareness training for all staff and related associates regarding GEMBA and technical audit check sheet to ensure all are well versed with the terminology and expectations from the audits. Review of action plan implementation for effectiveness and preparation of ZDI presentation with consolidation of all data from concerned departments. Creating Safety Procedures and Group Level Safety assessments. Conducting Training creating Manuals and updating KMS and organizing Group level conferences Maintenance Tooling and ME. Ensuring proper conducting of training on various lean tools and methodologies and other topics identified as per HR Training calendar. Capture and sharing the best practices deployed by group companies through knowledge management site. To conduct group level competitions and identifying the best Kaizen suggestions and awarding. To train these employees and enhancing their skill sets to enable them to participate in external competitions. Conduct surprise audit in any plant with worst point photography and guide unit improvement cell wherever necessary and existent for improvement. Co ordinate with SBUs for timely receipt of CSI report and action plan and ensure review with SBU for CSI report and action plan. Closure of observation and finalization of CSI report to ensure the corrective action and preventive action plan is implemented properly. Ensure adherence of GEMBA and technical audit check sheet to ensure all are well versed with the terminology and expectations from the audits. Enhancing skill sets to enable the participation in external competitions.
