  1. Mô tả công việc Chăm sóc và quản lý khách hàng: Là đầu mối tiếp nhận, theo dõi và chăm sóc khách hàng trong suốt quá trình triển khai dịch vụ. Phối hợp với bộ phận Kinh doanh và đội ngũ Tư vấn nhằm đảm bảo chất lượng dịch vụ và mức độ hài lòng của khách hàng. Tiếp nhận, xử lý hoặc phối hợp xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh trong quá trình cung cấp dịch vụ. Điều phối và triển khai dịch vụ: Tiếp nhận yêu cầu dịch vụ từ khách hàng hoặc bộ phận Kinh doanh và triển khai đến đội ngũ Tư vấn. Theo dõi tiến độ thực hiện công việc, cập nhật thường xuyên với khách hàng và các bên liên quan. Chủ động nhắc nhở, điều phối công việc nhằm đảm bảo tiến độ và chất lượng theo cam kết. Báo cáo kịp thời với quản lý khi phát sinh vướng mắc hoặc nguy cơ chậm tiến độ. Hỗ trợ dịch vụ tư vấn: Hướng dẫn khách hàng về các dịch vụ tư vấn như: Chính sách mặt hàng. Dịch vụ rà soát. Báo cáo quyết toán (BCQT). Tổng hợp khối lượng công việc, thời gian triển khai để hỗ trợ xây dựng báo giá cho các dự án mới. Chuẩn bị các báo cáo, biên bản làm việc, hồ sơ nghiệm thu và các tài liệu liên quan. Phối hợp với các phòng ban: Phối hợp với bộ phận Kinh doanh kiểm tra Debit Note, theo dõi các chi phí phát sinh đầu vào, đầu ra. Hỗ trợ bộ phận Kế toán trong việc theo dõi và thu hồi công nợ đến hạn. Làm việc với các bộ phận liên quan nhằm đảm bảo dịch vụ được triển khai đúng phạm vi, tiến độ và chất lượng. Hỗ trợ kinh doanh: Thực hiện hoạt động bán hàng nội bộ (Indoor Sales) khi có cơ hội. Khai thác nhu cầu của khách hàng để giới thiệu thêm các dịch vụ phù hợp, đảm bảo không ảnh hưởng đến quyền lợi và hoạt động của các bộ phận khác. Công việc khác: Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo sự phân công của Quản lý trực tiếp hoặc Ban Lãnh đạo.
  2. Yêu cầu Trình độ: Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên các chuyên ngành: Logistics & Quản lý chuỗi cung ứng, Kinh tế, Ngoại thương, Vận tải, hoặc các ngành liên quan Kinh nghiệm: Tối thiểu 01 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Logistics, Forwarding hoặc Chăm sóc khách hàng. Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm điều phối công việc, quản lý tiến độ hoặc làm việc với nhiều phòng ban. Kiến thức: Có hiểu biết về hoạt động Forwarding, Logistics và quy trình chăm sóc khách hàng. Có kiến thức cơ bản về thủ tục hải quan. Ngoại ngữ: Có khả năng đọc hiểu tài liệu chuyên ngành. Có thể trao đổi email bằng tiếng Anh với khách hàng và đối tác. Biết tiếng Nhật là một lợi thế. Tin học: Thành thạo Microsoft Office, đặc biệt là Word, Excel và PowerPoint. Kỹ năng & Năng lực: Kỹ năng giao tiếp và chăm sóc khách hàng tốt. Kỹ năng điều phối, lập kế hoạch và quản lý tiến độ công việc. Kỹ năng phân tích, xử lý vấn đề và ra quyết định. Kỹ năng tổng hợp dữ liệu và lập báo cáo. Kỹ năng làm việc nhóm và phối hợp đa phòng ban. Có khả năng chịu áp lực công việc cao. Chủ động, trách nhiệm, cẩn thận và linh hoạt trong công việc.
  3. Chế độ Mức lương từ 10.000.000 VNĐ/tháng trở lên, thỏa thuận theo năng lực và kinh nghiệm. Tham gia đầy đủ BHXH, BHYT, BHTN theo quy định của pháp luật. Chế độ thưởng hấp dẫn các ngày Lễ, Tết, lương tháng 13, thưởng quý/năm. Chế độ thưởng đột xuất: thưởng dự án, thưởng hiệu quả cho cá nhân/tập thể Phụ cấp đa dạng: Ăn trưa, xăng xe, điện thoại (tùy vị trí), bằng cấp, vị trí, thâm niên Gói khám sức khỏe định kỳ hàng năm tại các bệnh viện quốc tế
