The posting

  1. Job Description Lead New Product Development (NPD) for wiring harness projects in the automotive components sector. Manage project timelines, resources, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches. Collaborate with OEM/Tier-1 customers to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Oversee the design, development, and manufacturing processes of wiring harnesses, connectors, terminals, and circuits. Drive continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives within the NPD team.
  2. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Automotive, Mechanical Engineering or related field. 5+ years of experience in automotive components, preferably NPD/Wiring Harness. Strong knowledge of automotive wiring harness, connectors, terminals, circuits and manufacturing processes. Strong NPD/project management, problem-solving and team leadership skills. Good English communication, MS Office/Excel skills; experience with OEM/Tier-1 customers is preferred.

Compensation: Includes a guaranteed 13th-month salary and annual salary increments. 12 days of annual leave per year. Working from Monday to Friday (8h00-17h40) with three Saturdays and all Sundays off each month. Shuttle bus is available for employees from Hanoi.
