Xây dựng chiến lược, điều hành toàn bộ hoạt động công ty và dự án; quản lý vòng đời dự án từ đầu tư, pháp lý, đấu thầu, thi công đến bàn giao, vận hành; tổ chức nguồn lực và phát triển đội ngũ quản lý.

Đại diện công ty làm việc với Chủ đầu tư, cơ quan Nhà nước, đối tác và khách hàng; chỉ đạo thương thảo, ký kết và triển khai hợp đồng; xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh trong quá trình thực hiện dự án.

  • Tài chính & Quản trị

Quản lý ngân sách, chi phí, tài sản, tài chính – kế toán; kiểm soát hiệu quả hoạt động và tối ưu nguồn lực nhằm đảm bảo lợi nhuận của công ty.

  • Kiểm toán & Kiểm soát

Kiểm soát tuân thủ pháp luật, kiểm soát nội bộ, hồ sơ pháp lý, hồ sơ hoàn công, thanh quyết toán; giám sát chất lượng, tiến độ, an toàn lao động, vật tư và thiết bị.

  • Quản lý Nhà thầu & Hợp đồng

Chỉ đạo công tác đấu thầu; lựa chọn, quản lý và đánh giá nhà thầu, đối tác; thương thảo, quản lý việc thực hiện hợp đồng với các bên liên quan.

  • Quản lý Thi công

Chịu trách nhiệm toàn diện về tiến độ, chất lượng, kỹ thuật, mỹ thuật, an toàn lao động và hiệu quả thi công của các dự án; giám sát công tác triển khai tại công trường.

  1. Yêu cầu
  • Nam, ưu tiên ứng viên sinh trong những năm 1980 (8x).
  • Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành Xây dựng, Cầu đường hoặc các chuyên ngành liên quan.
  • Có tối thiểu 10 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực xây dựng, + 5 năm đảm nhận vị tr Giám đốc/Phó Giám đốc hoặc tương đương.
  • Có kinh nghiệm làm việc tại nhà thầu thi công các dự án sử dụng vốn Nhà nước và chủ đầu tư các dự án khu đô thị, chung cư cao tầng.
  • Có kinh nghiệm quản lý doanh nghiệp hoặc đơn vị quy mô 300 nhân sự trở lên.
  • Am hiểu về quản lý thi công, đầu tư dự án, đấu thầu, hợp đồng, tài chính, pháp lý xây dựng và quản trị doanh nghiệp.
  • Có năng lực lãnh đạo, tư duy chiến lược, kỹ năng ra quyết định và quản trị đội ngũ tốt.
  • Không yêu cầu ngoại ngữ.

  • Thu nhập 150 - 250 triệu VNĐ Gross/tháng, thương lượng theo năng lực.
  • Thưởng cuối năm dành cho Ban Lãnh đạo theo kết quả kinh doanh.
  • Chính sách thưởng thâm niên hấp dẫn dành cho cấp Giám đốc (lên đến 600 triệu đồng theo quy định của Công ty).
  • Được bố trí xe phục vụ công việc.
  • Bảo hiểm đầy đủ theo luật
