  1. Job Description Nghiên cứu, tư vấn và đề xuất các giải pháp kỹ thuật về nhôm kính, cửa và vách mặt dựng phù hợp với yêu cầu công trình, tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật và định hướng sản phẩm của Công ty. Kiểm tra, đánh giá và thẩm định phương án thiết kế, bản vẽ kỹ thuật, Shop Drawing; đảm bảo tính chính xác, khả thi và đồng bộ trong quá trình triển khai. Tư vấn chuyên môn cho các đơn vị liên quan trong việc lựa chọn vật liệu, cấu tạo, giải pháp kỹ thuật, biện pháp lắp đặt và xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh. Phối hợp với các bộ phận Kinh doanh, Thiết kế, Sản xuất và Thi công để giải quyết các vấn đề kỹ thuật, đảm bảo chất lượng, tiến độ và hiệu quả công trình. Nghiên cứu, cập nhật và đề xuất áp dụng tiêu chuẩn, quy chuẩn, công nghệ và giải pháp kỹ thuật mới trong lĩnh vực nhôm kính. Tham gia xây dựng, hoàn thiện và chuẩn hóa quy trình, tiêu chuẩn, thư viện thiết kế và tài liệu kỹ thuật phục vụ hoạt động của Công ty. Đánh giá các vấn đề kỹ thuật trong quá trình sản xuất, thi công và nghiệm thu; đề xuất giải pháp khắc phục và phòng ngừa nhằm nâng cao chất lượng sản phẩm và công trình. Tham gia nghiên cứu, cải tiến sản phẩm và giải pháp kỹ thuật nhằm tối ưu công năng, thẩm mỹ, vật liệu và chi phí. Thực hiện báo cáo chuyên môn, cập nhật tiến độ và các nhiệm vụ khác theo chức năng của Phòng/Khối Kỹ thuật và phân công của cấp trên.
  2. Requirements Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành Kiến trúc, Xây dựng, Cơ khí hoặc các ngành kỹ thuật liên quan. Có ít nhất 07 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Xây dựng và Kỹ thuật có liên quan; có ít nhất 03 năm ở vị trí quản lý cấp cao tương đương. Nắm vững và vận dụng thành thạo Luật Xây dựng và các quy định pháp luật liên quan. Nắm vững quy trình, quy định của Công ty về thiết kế kỹ thuật; hiểu biết về sản phẩm, vật liệu xây dựng, tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật, lắp đặt, thi công và công nghệ kỹ thuật sản xuất. Có kỹ năng đọc hiểu bản vẽ kỹ thuật, tư vấn giải pháp kỹ thuật, nghiên cứu, cải tiến và phát triển sản phẩm. Có kỹ năng lập, triển khai, quản lý, đánh giá và báo cáo công việc. Có kỹ năng giao tiếp, truyền đạt, đàm phán, thuyết phục; phân tích vấn đề và ra quyết định. Tác phong chuyên nghiệp, tận tâm và tuân thủ. Có khả năng đọc hiểu tài liệu kỹ thuật/bản vẽ tiếng Anh ở mức cơ bản đến khá. Sử dụng thành thạo các phần mềm chuyên dụng phục vụ công việc.
