Job Description Hoạch định chiến lược Marketing Tập đoàn: Xây dựng và triển khai chiến lược Marketing tổng thể cho hệ sinh thái BON Group, đảm bảo đồng bộ với chiến lược phát triển kinh doanh của Tập đoàn. Xây dựng chiến lược thương hiệu, truyền thông, tăng trưởng và chuyển đổi cho từng công ty thành viên và toàn hệ sinh thái. Tư vấn Ban Lãnh đạo về định hướng phát triển thương hiệu, sản phẩm, thị trường và trải nghiệm khách hàng. Xây dựng và phát triển thương hiệu: Xây dựng chiến lược Brand Architecture, Brand Positioning và hệ thống nhận diện thương hiệu. Quản trị hình ảnh và danh tiếng thương hiệu trên tất cả các nền tảng. Xây dựng chiến lược Employer Branding và Corporate Branding của Tập đoàn. Tăng trưởng kinh doanh: Xây dựng chiến lược tăng trưởng doanh thu trên các kênh Online và Offline. Chịu trách nhiệm về hiệu quả Marketing, doanh thu, traffic, chuyển đổi, CAC, ROAS, ROI và các chỉ số kinh doanh liên quan. Định hướng các chiến dịch truyền thông tích hợp (IMC), Digital Marketing, CRM, Loyalty, PR, Social Media, Livestream và E-commerce. Quản trị đội ngũ Marketing: Xây dựng cơ cấu tổ chức Marketing theo mô hình Tập đoàn. Tuyển dụng, đào tạo và phát triển đội ngũ Marketing cấp quản lý. Xây dựng hệ thống KPI, OKR và quy trình vận hành Marketing. Quản trị Agency và đối tác: Thiết lập và phát triển mạng lưới Agency, KOL/KOC, Media, Báo chí, đối tác truyền thông. Đàm phán, quản trị ngân sách Marketing và tối ưu hiệu quả đầu tư. Chuyển đổi số Marketing: Định hướng ứng dụng AI, Martech, CRM, CDP, Data Analytics vào hoạt động Marketing. Xây dựng hệ thống dữ liệu khách hàng và chiến lược Marketing Automation. Báo cáo trực tiếp Ban Điều hành/Hội đồng Quản trị.
  2. Requirements Ứng viên từ 35-45 tuổi, ngoại hình khá, tư duy hiện đại, có chiều sâu và năng lượng tích cực. Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên các chuyên ngành Marketing, Quản trị Kinh doanh, Kinh tế hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan. Có tối thiểu 10 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Marketing, trong đó ít nhất 05 năm giữ vị trí Giám đốc Marketing/Head of Marketing/Group Marketing Director hoặc tương đương. Đã trực tiếp điều hành Marketing tại Head Office của các Tập đoàn hoặc doanh nghiệp quy mô lớn (ưu tiên Retail, FMCG, E-commerce, Công nghệ, Chuỗi bán lẻ). Tư duy chiến lược, tầm nhìn dài hạn và năng lực hoạch định Marketing ở quy mô Tập đoàn. Bản lĩnh lãnh đạo, khả năng xây dựng tổ chức, phát triển đội ngũ và dẫn dắt sự thay đổi. Sở hữu network chất lượng với Agency, báo chí, truyền thông và các đối tác chiến lược; có khả năng quy tụ nhân tài và xây dựng ekip mạnh. Am hiểu toàn diện về Brand, Digital, PR, CRM, Trade Marketing và tăng trưởng kinh doanh. Khả năng làm việc trực tiếp với Ban Điều hành, tư duy quyết đoán, chịu áp lực cao và định hướng kết quả.
