  1. Job Description Xây dựng chiến lược tài chính, kế hoạch ngân sách và quản trị dòng tiền toàn Tập đoàn. Tổ chức, kiểm soát hệ thống kế toán, tài chính, kiểm toán, đảm bảo tuân thủ quy định pháp luật và chuẩn mực kế toán Việt Nam/Quốc tế. Phân tích, đánh giá hiệu quả đầu tư, hiệu suất kinh doanh và đề xuất các giải pháp tối ưu chi phí, tăng lợi nhuận. Quản lý dòng tiền, vốn lưu động, cấu trúc nguồn vốn và rủi ro tài chính. Lập kế hoạch huy động vốn, làm việc với các tổ chức tín dụng, quỹ đầu tư, đối tác tài chính. Định hướng và phát triển đội ngũ tài chính – kế toán chuyên nghiệp, đáp ứng nhu cầu mở rộng nhanh của Tập đoàn. Tham gia xây dựng và vận hành hệ thống ERP, công cụ quản trị tài chính hiện đại. Tư vấn cho Ban Lãnh đạo về chiến lược đầu tư, M&A, tái cấu trúc tài chính và định giá doanh nghiệp.
  2. Requirements Ứng viên tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành Tài chính, Kế toán, Kiểm toán, Ngân hàng hoặc liên quan; ưu tiên ứng viên có bằng MBA, CPA, ACCA, CFA. Tối thiểu 10 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Tài chính – Kế toán, trong đó có từ 3–5 năm ở vị trí tương đương tại các Tập đoàn lớn, chuỗi cung ứng, công nghệ hoặc thương mại điện tử. Hiểu sâu về quản trị tài chính doanh nghiệp đa ngành, dòng tiền tập đoàn, hợp nhất báo cáo tài chính. Kinh nghiệm làm việc với ngân hàng, quỹ đầu tư, tư vấn kiểm toán Big4 là lợi thế. Kinh nghiệm làm việc và giao tiếp với các cơ quan chức năng, thuế,... Tư duy chiến lược, logic và nhạy bén với con số; khả năng phân tích, dự báo và ra quyết định nhanh. Kỹ năng lãnh đạo, quản lý và truyền cảm hứng cho đội ngũ.
