  1. Job Description Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR guidance and support. Develop and implement HR initiatives that align with the company and department's objectives and enhance overall organizational effectiveness. Foster strong relationships with business units to understand their needs and deliver customized HR solutions. Lead talent management efforts, including workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development. Drive employee engagement and retention strategies to build a high-performance culture. Utilize HR metrics and analytics to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and global HR policies. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues with a focus on maintaining a positive work environment. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization. Collaborate with HR centers of excellence to deliver best-in-class HR service.
  2. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Chinese Study or relevant fields 3+ years of experience as a Recruiter, HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role. Fluent Chinese or English Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and global HR trends. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels. Demonstrated ability to use HR analytics to drive strategic decisions. Experience in the automotive industry or a global organization is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex employee relations issues. Commitment to promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace. Ability to work under high pressure
