  1. Mô tả công việc Market Development: Tìm kiếm và phát triển cơ hội kinh doanh quốc tế cho các sản phẩm trái cây đông lạnh IQF (ví dụ: xoài, thanh long, chanh dây,...). Nghiên cứu thị trường mục tiêu, bao gồm xu hướng nhu cầu, đối thủ cạnh tranh, giá cả và các yêu cầu pháp lý. Sales & Business Development: Xây dựng và duy trì mối quan hệ với các nhà nhập khẩu, nhà phân phối, đại lý bán buôn, doanh nghiệp dịch vụ thực phẩm và nhà bán lẻ tại thị trường nước ngoài. Đàm phán các điều khoản thương mại (giá bán, MOQ, điều kiện giao hàng, điều khoản thanh toán) phù hợp với mục tiêu của công ty. Export Management: Phối hợp với các bộ phận Sản xuất, Logistics và QA để đảm bảo các đơn hàng xuất khẩu được thực hiện đúng tiến độ. Theo dõi chứng từ và đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định thương mại quốc tế (ví dụ: FDA, EU Organic, BRCGS). Hỗ trợ xây dựng tài liệu bán hàng, thông số kỹ thuật sản phẩm và các công cụ số phục vụ khách hàng. Customer Support: Tiếp nhận và xử lý các yêu cầu, khiếu nại và phản hồi của khách hàng một cách chuyên nghiệp, kịp thời. Chăm sóc khách hàng sau bán hàng và duy trì các đơn hàng lặp lại. Trade Shows & Marketing: Đại diện công ty tham gia các triển lãm, hội chợ thực phẩm và chương trình xúc tiến thương mại quốc tế (ví dụ: Gulfood, SIAL, ANUGA, FoodEx). Phối hợp phát triển các hoạt động marketing phù hợp với thị trường nước ngoài.
  2. Yêu cầu Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Kinh doanh quốc tế, Công nghệ thực phẩm, Nông nghiệp hoặc các ngành liên quan. Có từ 2–5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực kinh doanh B2B quốc tế, ưu tiên có thành tích trong xuất khẩu trái cây đông lạnh IQF. Tiếng Anh thành thạo; biết thêm tiếng Hoa, tiếng Nhật, tiếng Hàn, tiếng Tây Ban Nha... là lợi thế. Am hiểu quy trình xuất khẩu, Incoterms và các chứng từ thương mại quốc tế (CO, Phytosanitary Certificate, Bill of Lading...). Thành thạo CRM, Microsoft Office và các nền tảng làm việc trực tuyến. Có kỹ năng đàm phán, giao tiếp và làm việc trong môi trường đa văn hóa. Sẵn sàng đi công tác nước ngoài. Có sẵn mạng lưới khách hàng là nhà nhập khẩu hoặc nhà phân phối thực phẩm đông lạnh là lợi thế. Am hiểu các thị trường như Mỹ, EU, Nhật Bản, Hàn Quốc và Trung Đông là lợi thế. Có đam mê với lĩnh vực nông nghiệp và phát triển hệ thống thực phẩm bền vững.
