  1. Job Description Quản lý an toàn lao động: Theo dõi, giám sát việc tuân thủ các quy định, quy trình về an toàn lao động trong toàn bộ hoạt động sản xuất tại nhà máy. Thực hiện nhận diện mối nguy, đánh giá rủi ro tại khu vực làm việc và đề xuất các biện pháp kiểm soát nhằm giảm thiểu nguy cơ xảy ra sự cố. Phối hợp điều tra, phân tích nguyên nhân các vụ tai nạn lao động, sự cố an toàn và đưa ra hành động khắc phục, phòng ngừa phù hợp. Theo dõi, đánh giá hiệu quả thực hiện các biện pháp cải tiến sau sự cố nhằm đảm bảo ngăn ngừa tái diễn. Đào tạo và nâng cao nhận thức EHS: Tổ chức các chương trình đào tạo về an toàn lao động cho nhân viên mới và đào tạo định kỳ cho người lao động. Xây dựng, cập nhật tài liệu đào tạo, quy trình, hướng dẫn và tiêu chuẩn an toàn theo yêu cầu thực tế. Triển khai các hoạt động tuyên truyền, nâng cao ý thức tuân thủ an toàn và văn hóa EHS trong công ty. Kiểm tra, đánh giá và tuân thủ: Thực hiện kiểm tra, đánh giá định kỳ tại các khu vực sản xuất nhằm đảm bảo tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn an toàn. Kiểm tra tình trạng vận hành của hệ thống phòng cháy chữa cháy (PCCC), trang thiết bị bảo hộ cá nhân (PPE) và các thiết bị an toàn liên quan. Đánh giá mức độ tuân thủ các quy định EHS của các phòng ban, đơn vị vận hành và nhà thầu làm việc tại nhà máy.
  2. Requirements Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học chuyên ngành An toàn lao động, Môi trường, Kỹ thuật hoặc các ngành liên quan. Có kinh nghiệm làm việc ở vị trí EHS Engineer/HSE Engineer tại các nhà máy sản xuất hoặc môi trường công nghiệp. Am hiểu các quy định pháp luật về an toàn lao động, vệ sinh công nghiệp, môi trường và các tiêu chuẩn EHS liên quan. Có khả năng thực hiện đánh giá rủi ro, điều tra sự cố và xây dựng biện pháp phòng ngừa. Có kỹ năng đào tạo, giao tiếp và phối hợp với các phòng ban trong nhà máy. Có khả năng sử dụng tiếng Trung trong công việc (ưu tiên ứng viên có HSK 4 trở lên), đặc biệt trong môi trường doanh nghiệp FDI. Có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao, chủ động và khả năng làm việc độc lập dưới áp lực.
