  1. Job Description Tiếp nhận, phân tích và kiểm soát các tài liệu đầu vào của sản phẩm bao gồm bản vẽ kỹ thuật, tiêu chuẩn sản phẩm, yêu cầu khách hàng và tiêu chuẩn chất lượng. Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan như Sản xuất, Kỹ thuật, QA/QC, PIE, Thiết bị để triển khai làm mẫu, thử nghiệm và đánh giá sản phẩm mới. Theo dõi quá trình thử nghiệm sản phẩm, thu thập dữ liệu, phân tích lỗi phát sinh và đề xuất các phương án cải tiến nhằm đảm bảo sản phẩm đạt yêu cầu. Hỗ trợ quá trình chuyển giao sản phẩm từ giai đoạn phát triển/thử nghiệm sang sản xuất hàng loạt (Mass Production), đảm bảo tính ổn định của quy trình. Phối hợp xử lý các vấn đề kỹ thuật, chất lượng trong quá trình chạy thử và cải tiến quy trình sản xuất.
  2. Requirements Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học các chuyên ngành kỹ thuật liên quan như Cơ khí, Điện – Điện tử, Tự động hóa, Vật liệu, Hóa học, Kỹ thuật công nghiệp hoặc các ngành tương đương. Có kinh nghiệm trong các lĩnh vực R&D, NPI (New Product Introduction), kỹ thuật sản xuất, cải tiến quy trình hoặc quản lý chất lượng là một lợi thế. Có khả năng đọc hiểu bản vẽ kỹ thuật, tài liệu sản phẩm và các tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật liên quan. Có tư duy phân tích, khả năng xác định nguyên nhân vấn đề và đưa ra giải pháp cải tiến hiệu quả. Có kỹ năng phối hợp, giao tiếp tốt với các phòng ban liên quan trong quá trình triển khai dự án/sản phẩm mới. Thành thạo tiếng Trung (tương đương HSK 5 trở lên), có khả năng sử dụng trong trao đổi công việc; biết thêm tiếng Anh là một lợi thế.
  3. Benefits 13 tháng lương, 12 ngày nghỉ phép/ năm, BHXH theo quy đinh, đóng BHXH từ thử việc Chế độ tăng lương, thăng chức 2 lần/ năm
