  1. Job Description Đóng vai trò là chuyên gia tư vấn kỹ thuật/giải pháp chính trong các dự án đào tạo trọng điểm cho khối khách hàng Doanh nghiệp (B2B). Phân tích nhu cầu kinh doanh và đánh giá hiện trạng năng lực công nghệ của khách hàng (Competency Assessment). Phối hợp với bộ phận Kinh doanh để xây dựng đề xuất (Proposal), thuyết trình và bảo vệ giải pháp đào tạo trước Ban lãnh đạo/Khối CNTT của đối tác. Xây dựng lộ trình học tập (Learning Path) và khung chương trình chi tiết dựa trên mục tiêu chuyển đổi số của khách hàng và xu hướng công nghệ mới nhất. Phối hợp linh hoạt các nguồn lực tri thức (Chương trình chuẩn hãng, chương trình chuyên sâu theo ngành, kỹ năng thực chiến...) để tạo ra gói giải pháp toàn diện và hiệu quả nhất. Làm việc trực tiếp với mạng lưới Chuyên gia trong và ngoài nước để phát triển nội dung chuyên môn, kịch bản giảng dạy phù hợp với từng nhóm đối tượng học viên. Cập nhật liên tục các xu hướng công nghệ trên thế giới (Cloud Computing, AI/ML, Big Data, Security, Blockchain...) từ các hãng công nghệ lớn (Microsoft, AWS, Google, IBM...). Nghiên cứu nhu cầu thị trường trong nước để đề xuất các chủ đề/chương trình đào tạo mới, giúp Trainocate luôn đi trước đón đầu trong việc cung cấp giải pháp cho thị trường.
  2. Requirements Kinh nghiệm: Tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm ở các vai trò: BDM, Technical Pre-sales, IT Consultant, hoặc vị trí quản lý đào tạo/công nghệ tại các doanh nghiệp lớn. Am hiểu công nghệ: Có kiến thức rộng về hệ sinh thái CNTT (Hạ tầng, Cloud, DevSecOps, Data...). Hiểu rõ thế mạnh và hệ thống chứng chỉ của các hãng công nghệ lớn trên thế giới. Am hiểu ngành (Domain Knowledge): Hiểu biết sâu về nhu cầu nhân sự và bài toán công nghệ của các khối ngành đặc thù (Ngân hàng, Tài chính, Viễn thông, Sản xuất...) là lợi thế quan trọng. Tư duy tư vấn (Consultative Mindset): Khả năng lắng nghe, phân tích vấn đề và đưa ra giải pháp thuyết phục thay vì chỉ giới thiệu sản phẩm sẵn có. Kỹ năng giao tiếp & Thuyết trình: Xuất sắc, chuyên nghiệp, có khả năng làm việc với nhân sự cấp cao (C-level/Directors) của khách hàng. Tiếng Anh: Khá
