  1. Job Description Draft, review and revise contracts, agreements, appendices, NDAs and other legal documents as requested by management. Review and prepare the complete set of documents for sales transactions, including NDA, contracts, quotations and other relevant documents. Provide legal advice and support to the Sales team and other departments on contractual and business-related matters. Identify potential legal risks and recommend appropriate solutions to minimize risks in business transactions. Draft and review HR-related legal documents, including: Internal announcements, Decisions, Official letters, Meeting minutes, Labor contracts, Other employment-related documents. Review, develop and update HR policies, regulations and internal procedures in accordance with Vietnamese labor laws. Support the HR team in handling legal matters arising during employment and employee management. Prepare and review legal documents to ensure compliance with Vietnamese laws and regulations. Monitor relevant legal and regulatory changes and advise internal departments on necessary updates. Ensure that corporate and transaction documents are properly prepared, maintained and issued. Coordinate with relevant internal departments and external parties on legal matters when required. Provide legal support for business and operational activities as assigned by management. Perform other legal-related tasks according to the company’s business needs.
  2. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Law or equivalent. 3–5+ years of experience in Legal Advisory, Legal Executive or a similar legal position. Solid experience in: Contract drafting and review, Commercial legal matters, Labor and employment law, Internal policies and legal compliance. Experience working in an IT company, technology company, consulting firm or professional services environment is a strong advantage. Strong understanding of Vietnamese laws and regulations, particularly commercial, contract and labor law. Strong contract drafting, reviewing and negotiation skills. Good analytical, research and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented, responsible and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Good communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work independently and proactively. Fluent English – required. Fluent Japanese – required. Ability to work with bilingual/multilingual legal documents is highly preferred.
