Mô tả công việc Phát triển thị trường: Chủ động tìm kiếm, tiếp cận và phát triển mạng lưới khách hàng doanh nghiệp tiềm năng (đặc biệt thuộc các ngành sản xuất thông minh, điện tử, ô tô, xe năng lượng mới...) nhằm mở rộng thị phần tại khu vực phía Nam. Tư vấn giải pháp: Trực tiếp tư vấn, giới thiệu các giải pháp chất lượng tổng thể, dịch vụ tư vấn quản lý chuỗi cung ứng và hệ thống dữ liệu đám mây (TQS APP) của công ty đến đối tác doanh nghiệp. Đàm phán & Ký kết: Đàm phán thương lượng điều khoản, tiến hành ký kết hợp đồng. Phối hợp chặt chẽ với đội ngũ kỹ thuật và chuyên gia nội bộ để đảm bảo chất lượng dịch vụ cam kết tốt nhất cho khách hàng. Quản lý dữ liệu & Báo cáo: Theo dõi, phân tích dữ liệu kinh doanh, nhạy bén với các con số để tối ưu hóa hiệu quả doanh thu; thực hiện báo cáo tiến độ định kỳ lên Quản lý trực tiếp. Chăm sóc khách hàng: Duy trì và phát triển mối quan hệ bền vững, đồng hành lâu dài cùng khách hàng theo triết lý dịch vụ và giá trị cốt lõi của tập đoàn.
  2. Yêu cầu Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên (Ưu tiên chuyên ngành Quản trị Kinh doanh, Kinh tế, Thương mại hoặc các ngành có liên quan). Có từ 2 – 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc ở vị trí Nhân viên kinh doanh / Phát triển thị trường (Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm B2B hoặc làm việc trong lĩnh vực công nghiệp / dịch vụ chuỗi cung ứng). Thành thạo 4 kỹ năng (Nghe, Nói, Đọc, Viết / Đánh máy) bằng Tiếng Trung hoặc Tiếng Anh để trao đổi và làm việc trực tiếp trong môi trường quốc tế. Thành thạo tin học văn phòng (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Kỹ năng giao tiếp, thuyết trình thuyết phục và tư duy diễn đạt mạch lạc, rõ ràng. Tư duy logic tốt, nhạy cảm với các con số và dữ liệu kinh doanh. Tố chất: Tính cách hoạt bát, vui vẻ, cởi mở; có tinh thần chủ động cao, khả năng thích ứng nhanh và chịu áp lực công việc tốt trong môi trường cạnh tranh.
