  • Tìm kiếm và phát triển khách hàng doanh nghiệp mới tại Việt Nam.
  • Thực hiện hoạt động kinh doanh các sản phẩm đồng phục, workwear và các sản phẩm may mặc.
  • Xây dựng và duy trì mối quan hệ với khách hàng hiện tại.
  • Chủ động tìm kiếm khách hàng thông qua điện thoại, email, gặp trực tiếp và các hình thức online.
  • Tìm hiểu nhu cầu của khách hàng, tư vấn sản phẩm và đề xuất giải pháp phù hợp.
  • Phụ trách báo giá, chuẩn bị và theo dõi mẫu sản phẩm theo yêu cầu của khách hàng.
  • Hỗ trợ Sales Manager/Quản lý người Nhật trong các hoạt động kinh doanh.
  • Sắp xếp lịch gặp khách hàng, lịch công tác và lịch làm việc liên quan đến hoạt động Sales.
  • Chuẩn bị tài liệu kinh doanh, báo cáo và các tài liệu cần thiết.
  • Phối hợp với các bộ phận nội bộ để xử lý và theo dõi đơn hàng, yêu cầu của khách hàng.
  • Có thể tham gia phối hợp với nhà máy trong công tác quản lý sản xuất khi cần thiết.
  • Theo dõi tiến độ và hỗ trợ xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh trong quá trình thực hiện đơn hàng.
  • Thực hiện các công việc khác liên quan đến hoạt động Sales theo sự phân công.
  1. Yêu cầu
  • Có từ 02 năm kinh nghiệm Sales B2B và tìm kiếm phát triển khách hàng mới hoặc Sales Assistant (bắt buộc).
  • Có khả năng chủ động tìm kiếm khách hàng và tích cực phát triển thị trường.
  • Có tinh thần trách nhiệm, chủ động trong công việc và khả năng tự giải quyết vấn đề.
  • Có khả năng phối hợp tốt với đồng nghiệp và các bộ phận liên quan.
  • Có khả năng đảm nhiệm linh hoạt cả công việc Sales và Sales Assistant.
  • Có khả năng phối hợp và làm việc trực tiếp với cấp trên người Nhật.
  • Có khả năng nhanh chóng tiếp nhận và phụ trách các khách hàng/dự án hiện có dựa trên kinh nghiệm Sales.
  • Có tiềm năng phát triển lên vị trí Leader trong tương lai.
  • Tiếng Nhật hoặc tiếng Anh: Từ trình độ giao tiếp hàng ngày trở lên.
  • Có kinh nghiệm giao tiếp và phối hợp công việc với người Nhật là một lợi thế.
  • Ứng viên có một trong các kinh nghiệm sau sẽ được ưu tiên: Kinh nghiệm Sales tại công ty Nhật hoặc công ty nước ngoài; Kinh nghiệm kinh doanh trong lĩnh vực may mặc.

  • Mức lương: 15.000.000 VNĐ/tháng (có thể điều chỉnh tùy theo kinh nghiệm và năng lực).
  • Có chính sách Incentive/hoa hồng theo quy định của công ty (trao đổi khi phỏng vấn).
  • Hỗ trợ phương tiện di chuyển: Cung cấp xe công ty hoặc thẻ taxi (Taxi Card) để phục vụ việc đi gặp khách hàng.
  • Cơ hội phát triển lên vị trí Leader trong tương lai.
