  1. Trách nhiệm công việc Chuẩn bị các sản phẩm dự kiến sản xuất tại Nhà máy mới và công tác quản lý sản xuất chung sau vận hành. Dịch tài liệu tiêu chuẩn cho sản phẩm dự kiến sản xuất tại Nhà máy. Điều chỉnh công việc sử dụng Tiếng Nhật với các cứ điểm của Tập đoàn tại Nhật Bản và Hàn Quốc. Xây dựng các quy trình hỗ trợ công việc trong bộ phận. Trước khi nhà máy mới đi vào hoạt động vẫn sẽ hỗ trợ quản lý sản xuất cho Nhà máy hiện tại. Phiên dịch Tiếng Nhật. Lập kế hoạch sản xuất, phân công công việc cho các tổ/nhóm sản xuất. Giám sát tiến độ sản xuất hàng ngày, đảm bảo sản phẩm đạt chất lượng và đúng tiến độ. Quản lý nhân sự trong xưởng: chấm công, phân ca, đào tạo tay nghề cơ bản. Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan (QA/QC, kho, kỹ thuật,..) để giải quyết sự cố trong quá trình sản xuất. Theo dõi và cải tiến quy trình sản xuất nhằm nâng cao hiệu suất và giảm thiểu lãng phí. Lập báo cáo sản xuất định kỳ (ngày/tuần/tháng) và báo cáo các vấn đề phát sinh cho cấp trên. Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của cấp trên.
  2. Yêu cầu Nam/Nữ, 25 tuổi trở lên. Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp trở lên chuyên ngành liên quan. Có kinh nghiệm liên quan đến QLSX (lập KHSX, Quản lý tồn kho), vận hành hệ thống ERP, mua sắm trang thiết bị. Có kỹ năng xây dựng quy trình, hướng dẫn, tiêu chuẩn hỗ trợ sản xuất. Tiếng Nhật N2 trở lên. Sử dụng máy tính thành thạo (Excel/word/ppt...). Không mắc các bệnh truyền nhiễm.
  3. Chế độ Thời gian làm việc: 8h00 - 17h00 Thứ 2 - Thứ 6 + 2 Thứ 7/ tháng. Xe đưa đón nội tỉnh Hải Dương, Hà Nội về nhà máy. 13 tháng lương, có số ngày nghỉ nhiều trong năm (nghỉ nhiều hơn các công ty khác khoảng 10 ngày theo văn hoá Nhật Bản).
