  1. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC Thực hiện kiểm tra chất lượng sản phẩm màn hình LCD/OLED theo tiêu chuẩn và yêu cầu của khách hàng Samsung, với vai trò đại diện khách hàng tại nhà máy. Kiểm tra ngoại quan sản phẩm, bao gồm các lỗi trầy xước, bề mặt, lắp ráp; đồng thời đánh giá chức năng và hiệu suất hoạt động của màn hình. Kiểm tra chất lượng sản phẩm trước khi xuất hàng, đảm bảo đáp ứng các yêu cầu về tem nhãn, bao bì và thiết kế. Lập báo cáo chất lượng định kỳ theo ngày, tuần và tháng; phối hợp xử lý kịp thời các vấn đề phát sinh với nhà máy và khách hàng. Làm việc trực tiếp với nhà máy để xác định nguyên nhân và đề xuất phương án khắc phục khi phát hiện các vấn đề liên quan đến chất lượng sản phẩm.
  2. YÊU CẦU Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp, Cao đẳng trở lên. Có ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực kiểm tra chất lượng màn hình LCD/OLED hoặc các linh kiện, bộ phận liên quan đến TV/màn hình (bắt buộc). Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm ở vị trí IQC/OQC hoặc kiểm tra chất lượng trước khi xuất hàng (PSI). Có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh hoặc tiếng Trung, đáp ứng nhu cầu trao đổi công việc và lập báo cáo đơn giản. Có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao, trung thực và khả năng làm việc độc lập.
  3. CHẾ ĐỘ Mức lương: up to 16 triệu gross Báo cáo: Quản lý người Hàn Thời gian làm việc: 8h00-17h00 Thứ 2- Thứ 7, thường chỉ lam Thứ 2- Thứ 6, Thứ 7 làm khi có công việc phát sinh. Không OT. 13 tháng lương, chế độ tăng lương hàng năm, thưởng năm tài chính. Đóng BHXH theo luật định. 12 ngày nghỉ phép.
