  1. JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate the execution and daily operations of the company's business and marketing projects.
  • Data Analysis & Tracking: Monitor, consolidate, and analyze data related to campaign performance, revenue metrics, and operational activities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with internal departments to ensure smooth project deployment.
  • Direct Reporting: Communicate, collaborate, and report directly to Chinese Management.
  • Progress Monitoring & Optimization: Track project milestones, resolve arising operational issues, and proactively propose solutions or policies to enhance overall operational efficiency as assigned by management.
  1. REQUIREMENTS
  • Language: Highly fluent in Chinese across all 4 skills (equivalent to HSK 5 or above).
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent proficiency in Excel; highly data-driven with strong capabilities in data consolidation and analysis.
  • Experience: Candidates with a background in Advertising, Marketing, Operations, Technology (Tech/Internet), or Sales/Business Development are highly preferred.
  • Working Style: Fast learner, logical thinker, and highly proactive in executing tasks.
  • Core Competencies: High sense of responsibility, strong compliance/execution mindset, and the ability to thrive under high work pressure.
