1. Mô tả công việc

  • Giám sát việc cập nhật lịch tàu, giá mua và chi phí đầu vào: Kiểm tra, rà soát và xác nhận dữ liệu do nhân viên thực hiện trước khi gửi cho sales, quản lý, bộ phận docs và kế toán; đảm bảo độ chính xác và kịp thời
  • Phân tích và đánh giá định kỳ giá cả thị trường và đối thủ cạnh tranh: Tổ chức thu thập thông tin, đánh giá mức độ cạnh tranh và đề xuất điều chỉnh chiến lược giá mua phù hợp; chịu trách nhiệm giải trình với trưởng phòng.
  • Đảm bảo độ chính xác và tính tuân thủ trong toàn nhóm: Kiểm soát chất lượng các nghiệp vụ như lịch tàu, chi phí, chứng từ giao nhận, công nợ, báo cáo… trước khi trình lên cấp quản lý hoặc chuyển tiếp đến các bộ phận liên quan
  • Truyền đạt và giám sát việc cập nhật thông tin từ công ty đến khách hàng và đối tác: Chịu trách nhiệm xác minh và triển khai các thông báo thay đổi về chính sách, chủ trương từ nội bộ đến khách hàng/đại lý/local sub một cách rõ ràng và kịp thời.
  • Phối hợp và hỗ trợ phòng Sales - Kế toán trong các nghiệp vụ phát sinh: Kiểm tra debit notes, hỗ trợ xử lý công nợ, theo dõi dòng tiền và các dữ liệu đầu vào/đầu ra để đảm bảo minh bạch, hỗ trợ phân tích khi cần.
  • Hỗ trợ hoạt động sales indoor khi có yêu cầu: Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để thực hiện hoạt động hỗ trợ doanh số, đảm bảo không xung đột lợi ích và tuân thủ nguyên tắc phân bổ công việc trong nhóm.
  • Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của cấp trên và lãnh đạo cấp cao hơn tuỳ thời điểm.

2. Yêu cầu

  • Trình độ: Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên.
  • Chuyên ngành: Kinh tế, Ngoại thương, Vận tải, hoặc các ngành liên quan (ưu tiên).
  • Kinh nghiệm: Tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm tương đương.
  • Ngoại ngữ: Tiếng Anh (thành thạo), Tiếng Nhật (điểm cộng).
  • Tin học: Thành thạo tin học văn phòng (word, excel, powerpoint).
  • Kiến thức: Am hiểu và có kiến thức về forwarding - logistic và dịch vụ chăm sóc khách hàng. Hiểu biết cơ bản về thủ tục hải quan.
  • Năng lực, kỹ năng, thái độ: Kỹ năng giao tiếp và đàm phán. Kỹ năng phân tích, giải quyết vấn đề và ra quyết định. Kỹ năng quản lý dữ liệu và báo cáo. Khả năng chịu được áp lực công việc cao và làm việc nhóm hiệu quả. Trách nhiệm, nhiệt thành, chính xác, chủ động, linh hoạt.
