The posting

  1. Job Description End-to-End Project Management: Plan, execute, and track the progress of projects/orders from initial request to final completion, ensuring strict adherence to Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) targets. Cross-Functional Coordination: Allocate and manage resources effectively across relevant departments (Production, Engineering, Quality/QA-QC, Planning, and Import-Export) to ensure smooth and efficient project operations. Key Account Interface: Act as the primary focal point for tier-1 clients (e.g., Apple, Samsung, LG) to receive requirements, provide project status updates, resolve arising issues, and ensure maximum customer satisfaction. Documentation Control: Monitor, control, and manage all project documentation, technical specifications, and related records throughout the entire project lifecycle. Troubleshooting & Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct root cause analysis, propose effective solutions, and expedite timelines when bottlenecks or anomalies occur during project execution. Continuous Improvement: Propose initiatives to improve project management workflows, optimize manufacturing operations, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
  2. Requirements Education: College degree or higher in Engineering, Project Management, Manufacturing, or related fields. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in project management. Candidates with a solid background in large-scale manufacturing plants or FDI enterprises are highly preferred. Core Competencies: Strong logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Highly capable of multitasking and thriving under high work pressure. Mobility: Willingness to travel to China for short-term training programs as required by the business. Language: Fluent in Chinese and English
  3. Benefits 13th-month salary and 12 days of annual leave. Statutory Social Insurance contributions starting from the probationary period. Salary and performance reviews twice a year.
