I/ Mô tả công việc

Làm việc tại  KCN An Phát 1 , An Bình, Nam Sách. Hải Dương

  • Tìm kiếm, đánh giá và lựa chọn nhà cung cấp phù hợp với yêu cầu chất lượng, giá cả và thời gian giao hàng của công ty (phụ trách mảng phi sản xuất -MRO)
  • Đàm phán, thương lượng giá cả, điều khoản hợp đồng với nhà cung cấp để đảm bảo lợi ích tối đa cho công ty.
  • Quản lý và duy trì mối quan hệ tốt đẹp với các nhà cung cấp hiện tại và tiềm năng.
  • Theo dõi và kiểm soát tiến độ giao hàng, chất lượng hàng hóa của nhà cung cấp.
  • Giám sát và xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh liên quan đến việc cung cấp nguyên vật liệu, thiết bị.
  • Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan (sản xuất, kho vận,...) để đảm bảo cung cấp nguyên vật liệu kịp thời và đáp ứng nhu cầu sản xuất.
  • Thực hiện các báo cáo định kỳ về tình hình mua hàng, quản lý nhà cung cấp.
  • Nghiên cứu thị trường, cập nhật thông tin về giá cả, nguồn cung nguyên vật liệu, xu hướng thị trường.
  • Đề xuất các giải pháp nhằm tối ưu hóa chi phí mua hàng, nâng cao hiệu quả công việc.

II/ Yêu cầu ứng viên

  • Tối thiểu 4 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực mua hàng/thu mua mảng phi sản xuất-MRO, ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm trong ngành sản xuất hoặc cơ khí.
  • Thành thạo các kỹ năng đàm phán, thương lượng, giải quyết vấn đề.
  • Có kỹ năng tìm kiếm và đánh giá nhà cung cấp, quản lý nhà cung cấp hiệu quả.
  • Khả năng đọc hiểu và giao tiếp tiếng Trung HSK 4 Trở lên
  • Am hiểu về thị trường nguyên vật liệu, thiết bị sản xuất.
  • Có khả năng sử dụng thành thạo phần mềm tin học văn phòng (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Kỹ năng lập kế hoạch, tổ chức, quản lý thời gian tốt.
  • Khả năng làm việc độc lập và làm việc nhóm hiệu quả.
  • Trung thực, cẩn thận, chịu được áp lực công việc.

III/ Chế độ làm việc

  • Địa điểm làm việc: KCN An Phát 1 , An Bình, Nam Sách.
  • Thời gian làm việc: từ Thứ 2 - Thứ 6 (từ 08:00 đến 17:00) và 2 sáng Thứ 7 (08h00 – 12h00).
  • Mức lương cạnh tranh và hấp dẫn (thỏa thuận trực tiếp UP TO 45M).
  • Chế độ bảo hiểm xã hội, bảo hiểm y tế, bảo hiểm thất nghiệp theo quy định của pháp luật.
