  1. Mô tả công việc Quản lý và điều hành hoạt động kinh doanh hàng ngày của cửa hàng, đảm bảo vận hành theo đúng quy trình và tiêu chuẩn của công ty. Quản lý nhân sự tại cửa hàng: phân công công việc, sắp xếp lịch làm việc, theo dõi chấm công và giám sát hiệu quả làm việc của nhân viên. Theo dõi, quản lý doanh thu và các chỉ tiêu kinh doanh của cửa hàng; triển khai các hoạt động nhằm đạt mục tiêu KPI. Quản lý hàng hóa và kho: theo dõi tình hình nhập – xuất – tồn, kiểm soát hàng hóa và hạn chế thất thoát. Giám sát chất lượng sản phẩm, dịch vụ và đảm bảo vệ sinh an toàn thực phẩm theo quy định. Thực hiện các báo cáo hoạt động kinh doanh, nhân sự và hàng hóa theo yêu cầu của cấp trên. Đảm bảo cửa hàng hoạt động hiệu quả, duy trì chất lượng dịch vụ và trải nghiệm khách hàng.
  2. Yêu cầu Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp trở lên. Có kinh nghiệm quản lý trong lĩnh vực F&B, nhà hàng, chuỗi cửa hàng bán lẻ là một lợi thế. Ứng viên chưa có kinh nghiệm quản lý sẽ được đào tạo. Trung thực, nhiệt tình, có tinh thần trách nhiệm, chủ động và ham học hỏi. Có khả năng quản lý, sắp xếp công việc và chịu được áp lực. Mong muốn gắn bó lâu dài với công ty.
  3. Chế độ Thu nhập: 8.500.000 – 12.000.000 VNĐ/tháng + thưởng doanh thu/KPI. Được tham gia đầy đủ BHXH, BHYT và các chế độ theo quy định. Xét tăng lương định kỳ hàng năm. Được đào tạo bài bản, chuyên nghiệp về nghiệp vụ quản lý và vận hành cửa hàng theo tiêu chuẩn của chuỗi. Làm việc trong môi trường năng động, chuyên nghiệp, trẻ trung và thân thiện. Có cơ hội phát triển năng lực quản lý và thăng tiến trong hệ thống.
