  1. Mô tả công việc Đại diện Chủ đầu tư, chịu trách nhiệm xuyên suốt từ giai đoạn chuẩn bị dự án đến khi trường đi vào vận hành. Tư vấn quy hoạch và công năng giáo dục. Tham gia lựa chọn, đánh giá và đàm phán với đối tác vận hành. Thẩm định chương trình và tiêu chuẩn giáo dục. Giám sát chất lượng vận hành, dịch vụ và trải nghiệm học sinh. Kiểm soát ngân sách, doanh thu, chi phí và hiệu quả hoạt động. Tham gia xây dựng định hướng phát triển hệ thống giáo dục liên cấp trong tương lai.
  2. Yêu cầu Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên các chuyên ngành Giáo dục, Quản lý Giáo dục, Sư phạm hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan. Có chứng chỉ Quản lý Giáo dục/Nghiệp vụ Hiệu trưởng là lợi thế. Tối thiểu 15 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực giáo dục. Từng đảm nhiệm một trong các vị trí: Hiệu trưởng, Giám đốc Vận hành/COO, Trưởng ban Giáo dục, Quản lý Vận hành. Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm tại: Hệ thống trường tư thục chất lượng cao, Trường song ngữ/quốc tế, Dự án setup và khai trương trường mới, Tập đoàn bất động sản có phát triển trường học nội khu. Am hiểu quy định pháp luật và tiêu chuẩn liên quan đến vận hành trường học. Có năng lực lập kế hoạch và quản trị ngân sách. Có kinh nghiệm quản lý/giám sát nhà thầu, đối tác và SLA/KPI. Kỹ năng đàm phán và quản lý đối tác tốt. Có khả năng xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh và khủng hoảng truyền thông trong môi trường giáo dục. Có khả năng phối hợp hiệu quả với nhiều phòng ban. Tiếng Anh giao tiếp và làm việc tốt là lợi thế. Tư duy quản trị ở góc độ đại diện Chủ đầu tư. Sát sao với chất lượng và tiêu chuẩn vận hành. Tác phong chuyên nghiệp, chủ động và quyết đoán. Có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao và định hướng gắn bó lâu dài.
