  1. Nội dung công việc:
  • Quản lý và dẫn dắt các dự án tìm kiếm nguồn cung (Sourcing); theo dõi xu hướng thị trường và chủ động triển khai các hoạt động nhằm xây dựng, phát triển và duy trì hệ thống nhà cung cấp ổn định, bền vững.
  • Xây dựng và triển khai chiến lược, chính sách quản lý hợp đồng; trực tiếp/ phối hợp đàm phán giá và các điều khoản thương mại với nhà cung cấp.
  • Theo dõi, đánh giá và quản lý hiệu suất nhà cung cấp, đảm bảo nhà cung cấp đáp ứng các yêu cầu về an toàn, chất lượng, giá cả, tiến độ giao hàng, điều khoản thương mại và các nghĩa vụ khác theo hợp đồng.
  • Xây dựng và duy trì mối quan hệ hợp tác lâu dài với nhà cung cấp; quản lý quy trình lựa chọn, đánh giá nhà cung cấp và thúc đẩy các hoạt động cải tiến liên tục.
  • Phối hợp với Sourcing Specialist/Manager để phân tích, cập nhật và báo cáo định kỳ cho cấp quản lý về xu hướng thị trường và biến động giá nguyên vật liệu.
  • Hỗ trợ chuẩn bị báo cáo, phân tích và tài liệu thuyết trình phục vụ công tác quản lý.
  1. Yêu cầu:
  • Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành Thu mua, Mua hàng, Quản lý vật tư, Chuỗi cung ứng hoặc các chuyên ngành liên quan.
  • Có tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Sourcing, phát triển nhà cung cấp nguyên vật liệu/nhà thầu phụ và quản lý dự án; ưu tiên ứng viên từng làm việc tại các tập đoàn đa quốc gia hoặc doanh nghiệp sản xuất quy mô lớn.
  • Có kinh nghiệm tìm kiếm nguồn cung nguyên vật liệu trong ngành In ấn, Sản phẩm giấy, Đồ chơi & Quà tặng là một lợi thế.
  • Tỉ mỉ, chú trọng chi tiết, có tư duy phân tích và ra quyết định dựa trên dữ liệu.
  • Định hướng kết quả, có khả năng phối hợp tốt, tiếp thu nhanh và có tinh thần làm việc nhóm.
  • Tiếng Trung tốt, thành thạo đọc, viết và giao tiếp.

3. Quyền lợi:

  • Mức lương: 30–40 triệu Gross/tháng.
  • Lương tháng 13, 12 ngày phép/năm.
  • Hỗ trợ chi phí thuê nhà dành cho ứng viên ở xa.
