  1. Mô tả công việc Quản lý và hỗ trợ khoảng 80–100 thực tập sinh Việt Nam đang làm việc tại Nhật Bản. Hỗ trợ thực tập sinh trong các vấn đề liên quan đến đời sống và thủ tục hành chính, bao gồm: Mở tài khoản ngân hàng, hỗ trợ các thủ tục giấy tờ cần thiết, hỗ trợ khám chữa bệnh, các vấn đề liên quan đến cuộc sống tại Nhật. Hướng dẫn thực tập sinh thích nghi với môi trường sống và làm việc tại Nhật Bản. Tiếp nhận, xử lý và giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh liên quan đến thực tập sinh như: Mâu thuẫn trong công việc và cuộc sống, khó khăn trong việc thích nghi môi trường mới, các vấn đề phát sinh với xí nghiệp hoặc nghiệp đoàn, các tình huống khẩn cấp khác. Thường xuyên thăm hỏi, theo dõi tình hình làm việc và đời sống của thực tập sinh. Thăm xí nghiệp, nghiệp đoàn và duy trì mối quan hệ với các đối tác hiện hữu. Xây dựng và phát triển mối quan hệ với khách hàng, đối tác tiềm năng tại Nhật Bản. Thu thập thông tin thị trường, đối tác và đối thủ cạnh tranh. Phối hợp với bộ phận Phát triển thị trường trong các công việc liên quan. Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của cấp quản lý.
  2. Yêu cầu Nữ, độ tuổi từ 22 – 35 tuổi. Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học trở lên. Tiếng Nhật tương đương JLPT N2 trở lên, giao tiếp tự tin và lưu loát. Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm trong các lĩnh vực: Xuất khẩu lao động, Quản lý thực tập sinh, Nghiệp đoàn, Phiên dịch hoặc điều phối nhân sự tại Nhật Bản. Ưu tiên ứng viên hiện đang sinh sống và làm việc tại Nhật Bản. Có thời gian sinh sống tại Nhật đủ lâu để hiểu văn hóa và phong cách làm việc của người Nhật, môi trường sống và làm việc của người lao động Việt Nam tại Nhật. Ưu tiên ứng viên đang sở hữu: Visa phụ thuộc, Visa gia đình, Visa vĩnh trú. Có tư cách lưu trú hợp lệ tại Nhật Bản. Có khả năng giao tiếp và xử lý tình huống tốt. Có khả năng làm việc với con người và thấu hiểu tâm lý thực tập sinh. Có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao, kiên nhẫn và chủ động trong công việc. Có kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề và xử lý các tình huống phát sinh. Có khả năng duy trì và xây dựng mối quan hệ với khách hàng, đối tác. Chịu được áp lực công việc. Mong muốn gắn bó lâu dài.
  3. Quyền lợi Mức lương: 23-25 man/tháng (bao gồm các khoản phụ cấp). Hỗ trợ nhà ở. Hỗ trợ chi phí đi lại khoảng 1man/tháng. Thưởng tháng lương thứ 13. Xem xét tăng lương hàng năm theo năng lực và kết quả công việc. Sau 01 năm làm việc, được xem xét hỗ trợ vé máy bay khứ hồi về Việt Nam. Được đào tạo bài bản về nghiệp vụ quản lý thực tập sinh và quy trình làm việc. Môi trường làm việc ổn định, có cơ hội phát triển lâu dài tại Nhật Bản.
